Yes, we use AI but it’s grounded with 40 years of knowledge and work experience and always fact checked. AI isn’t the all singing and dancing solution provider but it does enable faster thinking and multi-tasking to speed up processes and provides some cool answers to day-to-day conundrums. ⁠

To truly hear what a client wants you need to listen carefully, observe and ask the right questions.⁠

Lots of people think they listen but really they’re too busy thinking about what they’re going to say next, or planning their next meal in their head. ⁠

Distractions need to be reduced and you need to focus on the conversation and ask the right questions to achieve clarity. ⁠

I’m getting better all the time but I’m constantly in training and learning. ⁠

The skill of listening definitely pays dividends when working with clients, as they feel understood and heard which is what they want. Clients and our customers need to be heard and we need to offer them a service they want and need. ⁠
