It’s M&P Monday, and unfortunately, we need to discuss Dennis.

While his reliability and attendance remain exemplary, management has expressed serious concerns regarding his lack of initiative, professional development, and overall ambition.

Dennis has been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan.

We remain cautiously optimistic about his future with the company.

Please respect his privacy during this difficult time.

GAW TIME 👊

This one’s been sold out for a long time, but we found a “Comfort Breeds Weakness” keychain in the stash—and we’re giving it to one of you.

A little reminder to carry with you: growth takes a willingness to do hard things.

Some guns come and go. This one just stayed.

Bought in 2020. Thousands of rounds later, a few changes along the way, and Black Cherry is still the one I keep coming back to.

Nothing particularly complicated about it. It just works. 🍒

The Cerberus Ports from @battlereadyarms take the bite off the 43X. Is it a Ramjet? Nope. But is the difference noticeable? Definitely.

The Framework by @rocketcitystippling also makes the gun easier to manage, thanks to the improved texture and ergonomics.

The Magpul FDE done up by @make_ready_firearms is tight! 😮‍💨

Anyone that has a 43X knows that you need to swap out that trigger shoe. I have the @overwatchprecision Polydat shoe on this and it’s been great from the jump. by @make_ready_firearms
