It’s the little things.

The machining. The finishes. The textures. The attention to detail.

Three M&Ps, three completely different personalities, and a whole lot of craftsmanship that deserves a closer look.

Sometimes you’ve just gotta appreciate the details. 🤌

Every Friday, my faith in humanity gets tested a little more.

Make good decisions, use whatever common sense you’ve been issued, and please don’t become the reason we need another briefing.

Look out for your people. Have a good weekend. 🫡

It’s M&P Monday, and unfortunately, we need to discuss Dennis.

While his reliability and attendance remain exemplary, management has expressed serious concerns regarding his lack of initiative, professional development, and overall ambition.

Dennis has been placed on a Performance Improvement Plan.

We remain cautiously optimistic about his future with the company.

Please respect his privacy during this difficult time.
