I saw pic 2 an ad for a folding fan kept popping up. I’m not sure why they think this might be better than any other fan. I’ve used fans like that but they are not that effective. After being wafted by a similar fan pic 3 on the bus I sought out my own and found @kintasha_accessories An actual fan that does its job. 106 Ridley Road, London E8 2NR

On my way to Tate modern on Friday I spotted @adeche.atelier post they had just been to @waterstonesgowerstreet showing their sampler for “Afro Mythos” by Adwoa Botchey, Solomon Adebiyi - stories of African Legends and Folklore. I retraced my steps and veered back to the bookshop to view the window. I was lucky enough to get my free sampler, such a delightful novelette promising some very thoughtfully researched stories. Each one with an introduction to what it means, the story, and the morale behind the story. Highly insightful and poignant tales. I especially liked hearing about Èșù and the power of perspective.
Seems like these are stories I been waiting to hear from a long time, I suspected they must be in existence. Beautiful illustrations too 👏👏👏 by @malcolm.e.dickson
