NICE ONE 🌎🇫🇷💜✨

70.3 World Championships 2026 - a 1.9km swim in the Med, 90km with 1200m of climbing on the bike (and a very enjoyable descent 🙌) then 21.1km along the Promonade des Anglais 🇫🇷

Quite possibly the most incredible course I’ll ever race, and one of the most special weekends in triathlon to be a part of.

I have the biggest smile on my face in these photos because I’m so grateful for all of the people, and moments who got me here - my friends, my family, my coach, the entire @happypace.tri crew (and especially the athletes I have the privilege to coach) plus training buddies old and new in Melbourne and Brissy 🫶

There’s something pretty special about coming back to a place where you were once a very different version of yourself 💜🧡✨

In 2019, I was in Nice watching the 70.3 World Championships from the sidelines (swipe for the throwback), having done one 70.3 at that point. This weekend, I’ll line up for my 11th 70.3 and my second World Championships 🌎

Tomorrow I get to race as the athlete and person I am now, soak up the opportunity, and experience it all with the @happypace.tri crew, and 3,000 pro and age group women!

3rd year in a row at Cairns IM 70.3, 3 years since completing my first ever 70.3 and ever so humbling. This year I somehow managed to PB this course and run, topping it off with 8th position in my age group 🤩 forever grateful for the friendships, fun and places triathlon has taken me…next stop Nice 🇫🇷🥐 by @mardic7

Unbeatable weekend just down the road at the @t100triathlon Gold Coast 🌴💜✨

Cheering on the Olympic distance and pro @t100triathlon athletes on Saturday, then getting out there for the highly anticipated inaugural T100 on Sunday ⚡️

Happy that the work on my swim and bike lately is starting to pay off and even more special to see so many friends kicking goals 😊
