📣 ANNOUNCEMENT A much overdue post to announce the closing of a big chapter 🩵 At the end of last month, after 4 wonderful years with Silent Pool Gin, filled with travels all over the world, incredible drinks, unforgettable encounters, and so much growth, it was time for me to move on…time to hang my silk scarf back and leave my role as Global Brand Ambassador. I feel incredibly lucky to have been part of such a special team, during a defining time for the brand. Watching it grow from a small independent countryside distillery into a global icon in such a short time has been truly inspiring, and gave me the opportunity to create and lead impactful global advocacy programmes along the way. I’m endlessly grateful to the distillery team, my former colleagues, everyone I met on the road, and my friends and industry family who supported me through such an intense and beautiful journey. 🤝 Now, I’m pouring my energy into something of my own, a long time dream that became true recently : @bargemist , with my long-time business partner and life partner, @cocktail.lifestyle. This was sitting in my drafts for a while ! Last May I ran my first half marathon in 2:19 alongside people I love most in the area I grew up and made who I am today. 🇪🇺 My father passed away suddenly last October, he was one of the creator of this one of a kind running event called “Dreiländer Lauf”. A race spanning over three countries - starting in Basel, passing through France and Germany finishing in Switzerland again existing for over 30 years now. I registered as a way to connect with my dad and it ended up giving me a goal in a transitional period of my life. 100% recommend running to get through doubts and grief. Happy birthday Uroš 💛 What a year it has been for you. From our trip to Serbia, to some skiing in France, to racing your bike on the beach in Wales, to SloVelo Escapes 2025 in Slovenia and then London–Paris… always more cycling, always pushing yourself further. Work trip in Dublin 🇮🇪 Two days in the city for an internal conference with updates and team building activities. We also had the pleasure of visiting a small distillery and enjoyed a brilliant evening out in the city. Two weekends ago at Ascot Food & Wine Festival was one for the books 🐎🩵 We had our very own Silent Pool Gin Cup races, with horses dressed in Silent Pool Gin colours, and later I had the honour of presenting a cocktail demo on the Martini and the Bee’s Knees right after some of the most iconic michelin starred chefs in the UK like @raymondblanc and @jamestanner01 who was my host on stage on the friday.
