“Commit to investing in youth not merely as beneficiaries of development interventions, but as strategic partners and leaders in shaping resilient economies and inclusive societies.”
— Hon. Joel Arthur Nnauka (MP), Minister of State in the President’s Office responsible for Youth Development, Tanzania.

A powerful message like this reminding us that the future of Africa depends on empowering young people to lead, innovate, and create lasting change.

Grateful beyond words to GOD for this unforgettable moment 🙏🏾

Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of standing before more than 300+ young leaders from different African countries, alongside influential leaders and change makers, representing 25 powerful young women from across Africa in the LeadHer Fellow Program 🌍🤍

As a young Tanzanian woman 🇹🇿, I was given the opportunity to share my journey, my purpose, and the impact we continue to create through my organization @cmmi_tz . Through our health education initiatives, we have successfully reached more than 3,000 children, educating them about diseases caused by poor handwashing practices and lack of hygiene awareness.

What touched my heart the most was being able to speak about how these community projects are not only transforming lives, but are also contributing to strengthening the health sector and building a healthier future for our communities.

Programs like these do more than empower us they remind us who we are, what we carry, and why our voices matter.
This was not just a speech.
It was a representation of resilience, purpose, leadership, and the power of a young African woman determined to create change 🔥

To every young girl with a dream:
Your background does not define your future. Your vision, courage, consistency, and faith do.

A heartfelt thank you to @leadherfellows @planinternational @oneyoungafrica and @africanunion_official for trusting me with such a powerful platform. This opportunity has inspired me even more to continue serving communities, raising voices, and impacting lives across Africa 🌟

“A young woman with vision becomes a force that no barrier can stop.” ✨

Honored and grateful to share that I have been selected as an Online Delegate for the 8th Southern Africa Youth Forum (SAYoF 2026), representing Tanzania. 🇹🇿

The selection process was highly competitive, with over 2,500 applications received from across the region. Being chosen among the few delegates is both a privilege and a reminder that hard work, persistence, and purpose truly matter.

I look forward to engaging with fellow young leaders, exchanging ideas, and contributing to meaningful conversations on food security, water resilience, sustainable agriculture, climate action, and youth empowerment.

Thank you to the organizers @sayof_official for this incredible opportunity. I am proud to represent my country and eager to learn, connect, and make a lasting impact.

Day 70/70. Thank You, God, for the privilege of being in Your presence throughout these 70 days while I am still a young lady. 😊

This journey gives me hope and confidence for the new season of life ahead. To God be all the glory❤️
