I’ve been traveling a lot lately and as a result, my back has been letting me know about it!

Regular flights, long periods of sitting in a sedentary position will definitely take their toll on your body!

It is essential that we find ways to keep moving!

Thought I’d share a few mobility drills that have been helpful!

For more information DM @freemantechnique

Also for more details about the Caribbean Retreat I’m co-hosting DM @freemantechnique or @trainlikeagymnast by @markfreeman1984

Focusing on lower body exercises today!
Sorting through my mind palace for this circuit from my National Team days as an athlete. I got this from the German National Team! Hence why it’s called ‘the German Circuit’

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds
Run around the Floor for 30 seconds in between each exercise

Modify to your level. (If you need suggestions, DM me)

For more information DM me! Good luck! Happy Monday! #explosivecardio #germancircuit

HAPPY SATURDAY!!! by @markfreeman1984

With all the craziness going on in the world, it’s easy to be distracted, lose focus and inevitably let these distractions derail you! This can feel overwhelming! Don’t beat yourself up!

Try to remember that this is normal! And, as it happens, essential to evoke the very best out of yourself! Stay the course, you’ll get there!

A little motivation for today #tryingtuesday #motivation #processgoals by @markfreeman1984

Fuerteventura 2025, with the boys!

So thankful to have had the opportunity to spend a few days with my childhood friends @bukowskiing & @philteredlife

I literally feel like we did a food tour of the island! Explored cool villages, beaches and places.
Reminiscing of old times and so many laughs!
Now we have so many new memories to look back on!

Feeling very grateful!

My heart is so very full from all the festivities over the last few days! Over the years it has been a struggle for me to be able to attend any family functions because of various responsibilities, commitments and obligations with my profession. Oh and living on the other side of the world didn’t help either!

This time around I wasn’t going to let that happen! I was determined to be there for my nephew Jesse’s Bar Mitzvah! And I’m so happy I did! I felt so proud seeing him go through this major rite of passage! I was in awe of how composed and confident he was not only in the ceremony, but in the speeches that followed! Proud uncle moment!

On top of that I got to catch up with the majority of my family and friends to make the weekend all the more special!

So much love! So much fun! So many laughs! ❤️ by @markfreeman1984
