Autumn, but make it completely vegan, crispy and golden. 🍂🌱

Golden panko tofu balls, roasted sweet potato, fresh leaves, cucumber ribbons and pickled onion. Our new autumn salad lands next week—and she’s giving your usual lunch some competition.

If you’re coming in for lunch, this is your sign to order the Truffle Stack. 👀

Roast beef pastrami, artichoke, rocket, truffle mayo and mustard, piled into soft, bouncy ciabatta. It’s messy in the best way.

The lunch pairing you didn’t know you needed 🥭💚

Our Ruby Salmon Salad brings the colour and the crunch, and a layered Mango Matcha makes the perfect sip alongside it.

It’s been a super busy couple of weeks at Marlow & Rye… and we just wanted to say thank you. 🤎

To everyone who’s popped in for lunch, grabbed a cookie, ordered your usual, brought a friend or recommended us to someone — we appreciate you more than you know.

Seeing familiar faces come back week after week, and new ones walk through the door every day, is such a good feeling.

Thank you for choosing us, supporting us and keeping us BUSY. 🥹

We’ve got so much more coming… and we’re so happy you’re here for it. 🤎 by @marlowandrye

Crispy, creamy, juicy & ice cold 🤤

Our Chicken Caesar Salad loaded with tender chicken breast baked fresh in-house, crisp lettuce, parmesan and plenty of that creamy Caesar dressing… paired with our ice-cold Lychee & Dragon Fruit Refresher. 🥗🥤

Honestly, the PERFECT lunch combo.

POV: you’ve just found your new halal lunch spot in Walthamstow 👀🥪

Because having halal options shouldn’t mean having one thing to choose from.

Big sandwiches, proper fillings and plenty of choice - just how lunch should be. 🤎

Caesar salad. Just not the bland kind.

Crisp, creamy, crunchy and properly seasoned — our Caesar is made for people who want a salad that actually feels like lunch.

Fresh ingredients, plenty of flavour and absolutely no sad desk salads around here.

Find it at Marlow & Rye.

Warm Sundays are for taking your time.

A late lunch, something cold to drink, a cookie for afterwards and nowhere you need to rush off to.

Grab a table, sit outside and make an afternoon of it. Sometimes the best Sunday plans are the simplest ones.

See you at Marlow & Rye.
