IFBB Season B Victoria Naturals 🇦🇺🏆 Man what an incredible experience! I loved every minute of it and truly found a passion for something I pour so much effort into! Stage shots are in and many posts to come once I get back home, with some more details and gratitude to those around me! So many memories were made, met some incredible people and was able to experience an insane atmosphere where everybody is completely locked in and striving for better! I can assure you I will be back AUS!🫶🇦🇺 by @masonnfitness

FULL DAY OF EATING 🍽️ FDOE Off-Season Week 13 Training Day Macros: ⬇️ 4010KCAL 270G Protein 620G Carbohydrates 50G Fats Here is my current Set Up, Majority of Carbs PERI Workout as this is when your body is most sensitive and is able to put them to use! My diet may vary slightly by changing a bagel/crumpet but majority of the time this is quite similar to what I stick too! #diet #fitness #fdoe #fulldayofeating by @masonnfitness
OFF SEASON WEEK 12 80.0KG / 176.3LBS (13.9KG / 30.6LBS 📈) Current Rig Update, Bodyweight is stabilised around the 80KG mark with condition improving each week! training has felt insane lately and pumps are fkn on one! Finished my last day at work on home soil, a few off plans coming into the next weeks as I say goodbye to the fam and lads, and switch up the code😜 Nutrition & Activity TD: 4010kcal 270P / 620C / 50F NTD: 3620kcal 270P / 500C / 60F 3 X 10 HIIT Cardio🏃 11k Daily Minimum Steps 🧙‍♂️ @jakelncln / @crabtreeperformance by @masonnfitness

BICEPS/CHEST/DELTS Nothing like growing a pair of Tig ol’ Bitties and some Biceptuals 🍒💪 Arguably two of my weakest points so no chance to waste! Session Breakdown: ⬇️ Cable Bicep Curl X2 DB Preacher Curl X2 Pec Fly X2 Incline Press X2 Shoulder Press X2 Cable Lateral Raise X2 Cable Crunch x Serratus Crunch X2 PEC FLY ⬇️ Cues: Keep Shoulders Down Drive the Biceps across the chest INCLINE PRESS This movement is pretty wonky but with a bit more fluff loving the connection! Proud Chest, Wide hand placement, keeping tension on the pecs the whole time SHOULDER PRESS Not much love for this machine but she does the trick😂 Wide hand placement here, driving hard through the legs to keep a stable foundation and not losing all tension at the bottom of the movement CABLE LATERAL RAISE Using cuffs whilst holding a secondary grip to mimic a machine lateral! I think about driving my hands out towards the walls and sort of scooping out! This creates more tension on the side delts rather than making the movement more like a Y Raise! CABLE BICEP CURL Just a classic, don’t get on well with DB Incline Curl so this is my substitute Keeping my shoulders stable and locked whilst thinking of dragging the biceps up! A cue I sometimes use for biceps when I can’t get a good connection is initiating the movement into two steps with a half curl at the bottom and then really squeezing the top half of the movement! DB PREACHER CURL Challenges the biceps in a more lengthened movement. Facing slightly away/angled towards the bench to better align the shoulder, elbow, wrist joint and get a full ROM through the bicep! by @masonnfitness
WEEK 1 > WEEK 69 TRANSFORMATION🍻 80KG > 80KG 😎 On the left is my initial check in’s I sent Jake when I first signed up with him. I thought I knew everything about the gym and nutrition. (Brother had 1300 Day streak on MyFitnessPal😭) On the right 69 Weeks later I Feel like I still know absolutely nothing and take every bit in of knowledge provided to me! Always looking to progress and trail new things📝 This has easily been the best decision and investment I’ve ever made in my life and I couldn’t be more grateful to be apart of team like this, I cant thank you guys enough! 🦀🌲 @crabtreeperformance @jakelncln by @masonnfitness

OFF SEASON WEEK 10 78.7KG / 173.5LBS AVG (12.6KG / 27.7LBS ⬆️) Bodyweight is flying on but seems to be added to the right places so we just rinse and repeat, minimal changes and some 2RIR training jail for the past 2 weeks whilst we get ready for the next push! Only a few more shifts left at work before we cross the ditch for the foreseeable future, hopefully it fixes my tan🇦🇺🦘 Nutrition & Activity TD 3860Kcal 270P / 560C / 60F NTD 3620Kcal 270P / 500C /60F 11,000 Daily Minimum Steps 3 X 10 HIIT Cardio🏃‍♂️ 🧙‍♂️ @jakelncln / @crabtreeperformance by @masonnfitness
