I’m excited to be entering my final two semesters of graduate school in Applied Sport Psychology and beginning to take on clients for mental performance coaching!
I work with athletes in-person (located in Texas) and virtually via Zoom, helping develop:
✨ Confidence
🎯 Goal setting
🧠 Focus
💪 Mental toughness
😌 Performance anxiety & stress management
🔄 Mental preparation & routines

My goal is to help athletes become stronger mentally and physically—both in sport and in life.

📩 DM me for questions or to get started!

Disclaimer: I am not a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is provided within my current education, training, and scope of practice as I work toward professional certification.

I am looking forward to this next step and having the opportunity to work with athletes on becoming the best version of themselves — both mentally and physically. 🤍 by @mckenna.schroeder

PROUD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! To my baby sister, my mini me, my best friend, I’m so proud of your determination and effort. Your first nationals ever you and Daniel placed 7 overall, what an accomplishment and I’m honored that I got to come play rodeo mom for the week and be apart of the whole experience. You and Daniel are quite the team and I’m excited to see what you do next. Keep trusting God and putting your best foot forward!
Love your big sister and biggest fan ❤️
