APEC has been part of my life long before I ever got the chance to coach here. I walked through these doors as an athlete, came back as an intern, and eventually had the opportunity to coach the next generation of athletes in the same place that helped shape me.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people, the lessons, the relationships, and every athlete who trusted me to be a small part of their journey.

Closing this chapter is bittersweet, but I’m excited for what’s ahead and thankful for everything this place has given me🤍

Wolfpack for life. 🐺

I’m excited to be entering my final two semesters of graduate school in Applied Sport Psychology and beginning to take on clients for mental performance coaching!
I work with athletes in-person (located in Texas) and virtually via Zoom, helping develop:
✨ Confidence
🎯 Goal setting
🧠 Focus
💪 Mental toughness
😌 Performance anxiety & stress management
🔄 Mental preparation & routines

My goal is to help athletes become stronger mentally and physically—both in sport and in life.

📩 DM me for questions or to get started!

Disclaimer: I am not a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is provided within my current education, training, and scope of practice as I work toward professional certification.

I am looking forward to this next step and having the opportunity to work with athletes on becoming the best version of themselves — both mentally and physically. 🤍

APEC NFL Draft Prep 2026 📖

2nd Draft Prep done ✔️

Them boys showed up and showed out. Couldn’t be more proud of our 38 guys that went out there and performed.
Long hours and long days proved to be worth it in the end. I would go to war for all of them. Now it’s time for the next chapter. Go get 💰

APEC Spherical: Adult Fitness 🐺

Different backgrounds. Same standard. The Best or Nothing.

You’ve got former athletes chasing that feeling again. Professionals stepping out of the office and into something that challenges them. And people who simply decided they want more out of themselves.

No perfect starting point. Just a group of people showing up, putting in work, and getting better together. This is where training meets purpose and where you grow at your pace, but never alone.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your sign. Come see what you’re capable of.

7am we didn’t forget about you 😉
