We had to say goodbye to Chili Dog this morning 💔
I know everyone says this about their pets but he really was the best dog. He had the ability to convert cat people into dog people with ease. His silly little legs were so short that he would hit his chin on the ground when he sneezed. He helped us raise our babies. I’m grateful for all the years we had with him but damn I’m gonna miss him. Love you buddy. by @mel_oddbarbell

With SNAP benefits being withheld and/or reduced, it’s time to rally our community to help local families this holiday season. We are partnering with Esther’s Pantry, a local food pantry operated by @ourhousenw.

Our House of Portland is a nonprofit that provides healthcare, housing, and other vital services to people in need in our community living with HIV.

We have a large collection bin at Odd Barbell located in S.E. Portland/Milwaukie. If you are not a member and would like to donate, please send an email or DM to coordinate a drop off time. We are also more than willing to come pick up any items you may have to donate as well!

I met this chick when she was 8 years old. Flash forward a decade and we are moving her off to college. She’s been the best big sissy & bonus daughter I could have asked for. We love you & can’t wait to see how you grow in the next 4 years!
