Wild Table, Tickets are (finally) LIVE. 🔥🌿

Our Spring Edition is on! Forget starched tablecloths and the awkward walls of a regular restaurant! Wild Table is back at Browning Bros. this May 15-17! This is our third edition of this incredible event, and I’m excited to unveil Spring as my favourite season with our farm-to-fork-to-fire journey. This event is entirely outside and we encourage you to dress accordingly!

I’m hosting this alongside my superstar wing woman @beckykruger123, and we’re stripping everything back. No kitchen walls, just open flames, off-grid energy, and dining that hits a little different. This isn’t just a meal; it’s our Wild takeover.

Warning: Saturday night is nearly cooked. We have only 20 tickets left for the evening service. If you want in, you need to move now.

Inside word: Book glamping at the same time. You’ll want to lean into the fire-driven haze and crawl straight into a tent or yurt rather than heading straight home, also we cook you breakfast the next day, before you depart…what’s not to love?!

Still dreaming of this woodland feast celebrating the season’s best late Summer produce cooked over fire by the epic @melwinebrown at the magical setting of @browningbros farm. The Dedham Vale tomahawks were chefs kiss!

I really noticed the change of season from last time - dusk settling much earlier and a definite chill to the night air, but I loved it just as much 🍽️🍂✨🪵🍷

Words can’t even compete with the most magical fire event of my season. There’s a special type of stillness that captured this September edition, and im in awe of our Summer harvest. This is literally about 5% of my camera roll, but all I can manage right now. 360 happy Woodland guests, and more than 1200 plates served…

This event is so close to my heart, building a restaurant in the Wild, its literally my wildest dream and for so many reasons, and I’m forever grateful to @beckykruger123 @ofyr_uk @browningbros for entrusting me with their land and their kit.

For now, some r&r, (Paris with @ellisedith for a few days!) but not without the greatest of love for my Wild Table family @feastingfairyfood @indiafallowfield @charlottie_collins @livycl @beingwithflo @hjbennett @yogalingmassage @closium

My heart is full, and I’ll now be at @brixtonlaundry until Christmas, no more galavanting for me, I’m pooped. Summer 2026, I’m out x by @melwinebrown

Last week we had dinner in the woods, and it was one of the most magical experiences we’ve had to date.

This is a beautifully curated dinner by @melwinebrown at @browningbros & @teybrookfarm. We wandered the 20 acres of woodland and had the most delicious flambéed garlic prawns before finding our seat in the fairytale-like setting.

With wood-fire at the heart of it all, we got cosy with a glass of wine, and as fire normally does… it made us open up. Within a couple of hours, we went from being seated next to complete strangers to feeling like we connected and shared stories with people we would never have met if it wasn’t for this experience.

And then there was the whopping 5-course dinner (6 if we count the amazing Mini Hokey Pokey Bombe Alaska)… all of it surrounded by trees, with soft music playing in the background, before we eventually moved over to the bar and were rewarded with live folk music.

We finished off our drinks while listening to the music and slowly got ready to join the real world… it did feel like we were in our little bubble and disconnected from it all for a few hours.
