Fun fact: dogs can enjoy sound baths, too. 🐶✨⁣ ⁣ Animals are highly responsive to sound and vibration, so it’s not unusual to see them get curious, settle nearby, or relax when I play my bowls. They might not respond the same to all instruments, but dogs seem to specifically love the frequency of crystal bowls! This little guy basically joined the group and listened right along during this Palm Springs session. 🤍⁣ ⁣ 🧘🏻‍♀️ Mind Body Badass Private Sound Healing for humans… and apparently the pups, too! Mind Body Badass classes at the Cliffs are always all levels, donation-based/free to attend, and open to everyone.
