One week left to enjoy the perfect timing of the sunset for our Wednesday Yoga classes at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego! We begin at 5:00 pm and end with the setting sun at 6:00 pm. 🌅 ⁣

In November, after the time change, our classes will transform to a magical candlelit experience that is a little moodier, but just as incredible. ✨🕯️⁣

Fun fact: dogs can enjoy sound baths, too. 🐶✨⁣
⁣
Animals are highly responsive to sound and vibration, so it’s not unusual to see them get curious, settle nearby, or relax when I play my bowls. They might not respond the same to all instruments, but dogs seem to specifically love the frequency of crystal bowls! This little guy basically joined the group and listened right along during this Palm Springs session. 🤍⁣
