Howdy! I’m Tina — the redhead behind Minnesota Influencer. I’m a Minnesotan who loves getting out, exploring, and being curious about all the things. Whether that’s being nestled in a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods, trying a new restaurant, enjoying the outdoors, exploring somewhere new, or taking the random turn that leads to an unexpected adventure. I’m Forest’s mama, a foodie + Yelp Elite, outdoor lover, content creator, and always down to try something new. I love being near the water, finding hidden gems, and saying yes to a good adventure. Add sleeping in a covered wagon to your Minnesota bucket list! I recently stayed at Rum River RV Resort & Campground and instead of bringing a tent or camper, we did a unique stay in one of their covered wagons! And this place has WAY more than just camping. You can choose your own kind of stay with RV sites, tent camping, glamper campers or covered wagons, then spend your day tubing or kayaking the Rum River, hanging by the heated pool and splash pad, playing at the playground, and ending the night around a campfire. I sharing Minnesota stays that are a little different, and sleeping in a covered wagon definitely checked that box! Beautiful lake views with the fall color foliage, a little sunshine, and something delicious to start the day! I stopped by The Grind on Gull at Cragun’s Resort and tried their Apple Crumble Matcha from the fall menu, along with a delicious cream cheese croissant. Forest even got to enjoy a little piece of my croissant! We took our treats down by the lake and enjoyed the beautiful fall morning. There’s just something about being near the water that makes everything better! Duluth Grill is a must-stop every time I’m in the area! I love trying new restaurants, but there are some places I just have to go back to, and Duluth Grill is one of them! This time I tried the pesto melt, and every bite was orgasmic!
