I have so much on my heart and mind, I’m not good with words and often struggle how i want to share things because words don’t always express how i feel or how deep i feel about something but this song with these pics do a pretty dang good job sharing how i feel! My family is everything to me. If you know me, you know that. I love spending time with @mitchfrei10 and our kids, life goes way to fast and i have really tried to soak in all the phases, and not let them pass by too quickly but it still does. Life throws curve balls and we have had to learn to take it as it comes and enjoy the moment. Over the past year i have reflected A LOT on life. I really try not to take things for granted but When something is taken from you, you realize even more how important the important things are and what really matters. My family is something i never want to loose. Not being able to be with them how i wanted when i got so sick and loosing our sweet baby was the hardest thing ever for me and i can’t thank my Heavenly Father enough for helping me get to where I am today. For giving me this precious time with my family here and making memories of a life time! My heart aches for our baby in heaven and what life would look with our baby here but I know how blessed i am to have these three kiddos to love and hold every day! These pictures are everything to me. And i will cherish them forever! Truth is i got emotional and shed some tears when i got these back. @eandephoto thank you for these priceless pictures! I am forever grateful!!! Forever grateful for @mitchfrei10 for working so hard, dreaming and accomplishing the goals and dreams he and we have! He’s the best daddy and husband! Truly! Words can’t express how incredible he is and how grateful i am for him! I am the luckiest girl! And forever grateful for my Heavenly Father for letting me enjoy these moments even through the hard, for letting me function as much as i am and being with my family and traveling and creating these special moments! On my 36th birthday it’s crazy looking back! I think it’s important to take time to recognize your progress and acknowledge it.

YOUR PAST DOESN’T DEFINE YOU. Your future does.

Crazy to think that after all that i went through, I now own over 100 rental units, work for an incredible company and group in @origin.mktg , have amazing friends, and most importantly I have the best family, kids, and wife that I could have ever imagined.

Find a way to surround yourself with people you aspire to be like. People that are living the life you want to live. Then do what they do. Quit over thinking it. I found that in my wife @cardinfrei and at aptive. It’s been a crucial part in helping me level up. LIVE AN INTENTIONAL LIFE. Many are capable. Few are willing to do what it takes.

I haven’t had a drink of alcohol or taken any substances since right after high school. I changed my identity. I changed my standards and what I tolerate. I changed my environment. I quit blaming others and took ownership.

We all have greatness and talents. It’s our duty to do the best to maximize them and make a positive impact in this crazy world. That’s where true joy is. Not in the things that bring temporary satisfaction and alter the human state. You hold the pen to your story.

Last week was one of those weeks that was life changing. You can only relate if you were there.

Lake Powell was the best leadership retreat I have ever been apart of. I'm grateful for our group at enviroguard and the caliber of people we work with.

Our welcome home event was 10/10. I left inspired and ready to continue to be the best in the world at what we do. And to do whatever sacrifice is necessary to make that happen.

If you've been in pest control leading teams and haven't looked into the equity model, what are you doing?!?!? And I mean that in the nicest way.

We have the best short term and long term option in the space and I personally don't think it's close. These next 10 years will be the greatest run in pest control history.

Come be apart of it. Lots and lots of people are going to become very very rich. But more importantly than that are the people we will become in the process and the impact we will have. We stand by and whole heartedly believe in being THE GOOD GUYS. We do things differently around here!! by @mitchfrei10

WE ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

What a wild ride this summer!! We just crossed 55 million in revenue in our first summer at EGPC. Shoutout to all the leaders and reps and operations team!!

Shoutout to my wife and kids. Life has been straight chaos this summer with all the pressure and traveling. But we wouldn't have it any other way.

I think my favorite part no doubt are all the owners that own each branch not having to "start over" this next year. They OWN the revenue and are going to build something worth millions of dollars. It's really cool winning and building with the homies.

A lot of mornings I wake up overwhelmed and a little anxious at times. The pressure and the weight is a lot but what has come with that is the excitement and fire. And that's what is hard to put a price on!

We are going to have a 10 year run like no year company in the space. Get your popcorn ready!! by @mitchfrei10

Dragonfly Lighting is officially LIVE!

This has been a long time coming.

Mitch and I have talked for years about finding the right business to complement pest control—and this is it. We met Colin, and the rest is history. Bbq chicken.

Permanent lighting is different than pest. It’s a one-time sale with GIANT commissions for the rep. We left a good margin for the business- that said—

our goal is simple: help sales reps make lots and lots of money—especially during the time of year they need it most.

From the end of September through December- there isn’t a better product to sell than permanent lighting.

We will be running two-week blitzes throughout the fall, and will be the best permanent lighting business in the world.

If you’re a sales rep who wants to stack some commissions this fall, come run a blitz with us.

It’s only a two-week commitment—and I’m serious when I say the commissions AND overrides make a lot of sense.

@zach_bodhaine is actually HIM. 260K was his previous best summer to over 1,000 accounts serviced this summer. Making 75% on that revenue. Do the math!! AND he owns it and will continue to collect on that revenue for many years to come!

Zach has one of the coolest stories that I have been able to witness since I've been in the game. I remember golfing with him before the summer and I asked him his goal and he said I think 500K. He ended up committing to it and right with it out down what it would actually take to give himself a chance.

He went out earlier than normal and worked way more hours than normal and started realizing that he could do even more.

I’ve had a front row seat to a developing problem in the D2D industry for the last 5 years especially.

We talk a lot about freedom.

Get ahead young. Uncapped potential. Make life changing money.

And this industry can absolutely provide those things.

But making a lot of money isn’t the same as being free.

I know reps making $300K, $500K+ who still feel like they have to do it again next year.

Keep recruiting. Keep managing. Keep selling.

Eventually a lot of guys think:

“I don’t know if I can do this forever.”

“But where else am I going to make this kind of money?”

That’s the external freedom dilemma.

But there’s another side.

Internal freedom.

This industry can be really good at telling people who they should become, what they should want, and what success should look like.

It can also expose insecurity, comparison, fear, and the need to prove yourself.

Without the right leadership and tools, guys learn how to perform through those things instead of work through them.

You can learn how to win without ever learning how to be free.

I believe the future of this industry belongs to companies willing to take both sides seriously.

External freedom means helping people build wealth, invest, and when possible, create real ownership and equity.

Internal freedom means helping people know themselves, work through what holds them back, and figure out what they actually want from life.

That’s a huge reason I’m excited to be working closely with EnviroGuard and the Good Guys.

Their equity model gives us a real opportunity to build external freedom.

And I’m excited to help build a culture that takes internal freedom just as seriously.

EnviroGuard won’t be right for everyone. It shouldn’t be.

But for me, I believe in the people, the model, and where they’re going.

I’m still building The Collective, Scale House, and the other work and relationships I care deeply about.

I’m just going deep with a company I believe can help push this industry forward to a place it needs to be.

Because the goal was never just more money.

The goal was freedom.❤️

Best part of all this, is the people it positively impacts going forward.

Beyond grateful for the team we get to work with every day. From the call center, to the service pros, to every single sales rep! It’s an incredible group of people.

People who care. People who want to do things the right way. People who want to win!

We truly believe that with time, we can be the best in the world. The best place for sales reps to learn, grow, and become. The best place to build wealth. The best place for customers.

It’s been an amazing start.

@cardinfrei has to remind me quite often to "stop and smell the flowers." And she's not wrong. I'm trying to learn to slow down and appreciate these amazing times.

This summer has been crazier than any I can remember with how busy work has been. But we have been able to make some epic memories along the way. Big shoutout to her as I have been gone a ton and have worked a lot of hours! Can't believe the kids are already back in school!

Sometimes you have to do what others won't so that you can have what others don't. I'm a big believer in seasons of life and doing what it takes. We will cross 50 million as a company tomorrow which is exciting. Not losing focus of what actually matters in the process though is what it's all about!! Time to keep balling out and having fun while we are doing it!! by @mitchfrei10

Welcome to the Good Guys Roundup!!

Mark your calendars- October 8-10, all the good guys and great gals need to be in St George!

We have a full week planned with sales, recruiting, real estate, and general good guy trainings!

There will be amazing guest speakers. There will be lots of smoked meat and bbq food. There will be mechanical bulls, a petting zoo, incredible awards given out (including some gold medals), and there will be a full blown country concert. It’s going to be special.

We chose the country/western theme because it perfectly represents what we’re trying to build as the Good Guys.

To us, cowboys represent people who put family first, work hard without complaining, keep their word, and show up when they’re needed.

They appreciate God, America, and the freedoms we’ve been blessed with.

They value character over status, grit over excuses, and understand that a person’s legacy is built by how they live, and who they are —not by what they own.

That’s the kind of culture we want at EnviroGuard.

We want to be elite performers who are even better husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, teammates, and friends.

We want people who work hard, celebrate each other, and do things the right way even when no one is watching.

The theme, branding, and atmosphere are fun. The values behind them are what really matter.

Our last get together as a family before my mom and dad leave this weekend for one year to Cincinnati, Ohio to serve a church mission.

We are grateful we got to spend time together for a couple days in Pine Valley before they takeoff!

Life is good and family is the best! I will be back next year to regain my title as fastest man in Pine Valley. Training starts today!! by @mitchfrei10
