One of the things I’m most grateful for is the people I get to surround myself with and build alongside.

I’ve worked with some incredible people over the years, and the more time goes on, the more I realize my favorite part of this business isn’t the sales, money, or accolades. It’s the people.

I genuinely love helping others recognize potential in themselves they didn’t know existed. Watching people grow in confidence, overcome adversity, and build a life they’re proud of never gets old.

I’ve had some amazing people invest in me, and I want to keep paying that forward.

I’m looking for a handful of hungry, driven individuals who want more out of life. People willing to bet on themselves, put in the work, and build something meaningful together.

Not looking for everybody. Just a few of the right people to take under my wing and build with.

Got a bear with me this one’s a little long, but I #genuinely can’t explain how blessed I feel to be where I’m at in life, surrounded by the people I’m surrounded by and getting the opportunity to take this next step toward becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be. I took a chance on an opportunity, and I’m beyond grateful that I did. If this is something you’ve ever been interested in, please don’t be afraid to reach out or DM me. You never know what one decision could do for your life until you give yourself the chance to experience it. You could make the money you’ve always wanted to make, build lifelong friendships, find a second family, travel, create memories you’ll never forget, and discover a version of yourself you never knew existed. Lake Powell Leadership retreat, and Good Guys roundup up 2026 ✅✅

This week was incredible. Reps came from all over to celebrate accomplishments from this last year, but even more so- prepare for the future.

I love our culture here.

It’s different.

It’s family focused. It’s about doing things the right way. Working hard. Having integrity. Short term sacrifices for long term gains.

We are focused on the person, and who they are becoming, more than the accomplishment, and what that means to the company.

You can feel the buzz of excitement and buy in at every training, and event.

Reps want to be here. They are excited about the future, and understand the path and vision to get true FREEDOM.

I feel so grateful. This last week was transformative.

Enviroguard is a company built on the founders and partners creativity and ability to bootstrap. Get trenchy, work hard, and make it bigger and better… with less.

It was really intimidating pulling off these 2 giant events, and hoping they would all come together.

Our team proved this week that we can do the impossible. And while we lacked some of the flash and wow factor often seen in the industry… we more than made up for it in the heart, and soul, and meaning behind every interaction.

I’m excited for the future.

I’m truly blessed to have this team and the opportunities I’ve been given. This journey has helped me grow in so many ways, and all I want is to share that same opportunity with others and help them experience something just as meaningful. No couch leaders. 🏆

Leaders should be in the trenches, whether that means knocking full time, showing up for tournaments, knocking with your guys, or training. BE TRENCHY. Your willingness to show up for your people shouldn’t ever change just because your role does. Even when it’s inconvenient or you don’t feel like it.

If you’re asking your guys to dig deeper, they’d better see you digging right beside them.

My favorite part of this summer was winning the Good Guys Championship with my guys. The work, the brotherhood, and getting to celebrate something we earned together made that win so sweet.

The standard starts with us.

Summer 3 is a wrap

Going through these photos, I’m filled with gratitude. This season had its ups and downs, but I couldn’t be more thankful for the people I get to work with every day.

This year I got the opportunity to open and OWN a branch that did $3.6 million in revenue just this summer.

Excited to keep building something that lasts and helping others to do the same!

This summer, I had the opportunity to OWN the doors we knocked.

Learning about ownership and the path to equity was eye-opening. I’m incredibly excited for the future and everything we’re building.

Summer of 2026:

💰 $2,200,000 in total serviced revenue — an 83% increase from 2025
📈 $138K TRUE RPR — including every single rep who touched a door. Zero fluff.
🏆 $1,000,000 in OKC revenue that I OWN — in just 36 days of knocking
💵 $302K in personal sales
🏆 2026 “Good Guys” Cup Champions

This year, we took a risk and tried something new. It wasn’t easy, but when we sat down and looked at the equity model, it was a no-brainer.

One of the biggest differences is I didn’t just produce revenue, I gained ownership in the revenue I helped produce.

Because of the equity I earned through this opportunity, my net worth more than tripled this year.

That’s the power of equity: building a real, sellable asset instead of only getting paid for the work you do today.

As we continue growing these branches and opening more, we’re looking to recruit some 5-star people to build alongside us — leaders and reps who want a clear path to real equity and something they can build for their future.
