This post is incredibly special to me. 💚

During the @supportyourgirlfriends retreat, I had the honor of sharing my journey with God, what it has meant to surrender to His will, and why learning to celebrate ourselves is an act of gratitude.

We live in a world that constantly pushes us toward the next goal, the next milestone, the next achievement. But somewhere along the way, we forget to pause and thank ourselves for how far we’ve come.

There is so much power in saying, “I deserve to be celebrated by me.”

To every woman who laughed, shared, reflected, and dreamed about what it would look like to truly turn everything off for a moment… cheers to you. Thank you for showing up with open hearts.

And thank you for wearing shades of green. As many of you know, I lost my brother in April to cholangiocarcinoma. Kelly green is the ribbon color representing his cancer, and seeing a room filled with that color and the shades of green was a beautiful reminder that love, remembrance, and purpose can exist in the same space.

My heart is full.

Sometimes you have to show when things aren’t going as planned. No sleep, plane delays, hair undone, no makeup or lip gloss chile 😂 but still managing to laugh through it all.

The video cuts at the end but we are now on our flights HOME!! We will get there late but remember delayed and never denied.

The day started with a powerful workshop by my sis @bershanshaw on “Hand on Heart, what are your Biggest Dreams” then hosting a group of beautiful young girls with a creative, thought-provoking workshop led by @yandysmith and @yelleskincare, on the significance of inner and outer beauty.

The evening closed with a session by yours truly, ME!

We are in the midst of true greatness. The Power, The Shift, The Love.
