✨ Attending the first private screening of “The Memo” in LA was more than just a milestone — it was a powerful reminder of why I do this work. As an Executive Producer, I’m committed to championing stories that amplify the voices of women, and this film is a testament to that mission. Meeting with incredible women who felt deeply connected to the narrative was a full-circle moment that I’ll cherish forever. 2023 was a year. Let’s leave that right there but through it all, I learned so much about myself, family, health, being unapologetic about my peace, accepting when God shows you who is for you and against you, pausing to celebrate the wins not just the losses. I’m so proud of the wins! 🙌🏾 I traveled the world speaking to global audiences, making new life long connections and leveling up through adversity.

Let’s go 2024 because I am open! 🍾🎉

I’m overjoyed about my new position at Amazon! My growing sister circle, living and loving like my life depends on it and last but not least, continuing to be the “Baddie” that I am! 🤩

There is power in what we release. 💚

Another meaningful moment during the 8th Annual Support Your Girlfriends Retreat was our Sacred Circle Dinner, where we gathered to surrender the things we’ve been carrying that no longer serve us. Oh and if we had 24 hours what would we do with it! My table flexed and came up with one day, two weeks and one year.

Led so beautifully by @modupe_c, this wasn’t just dinner it was a sacred space for truth, vulnerability and choosing ourselves again. Around this table, laughter was medicine, and every woman was reminded that surrender isn’t giving up, it’s making room for what’s meant for you.

Thank you to our incredible partner @thebtmi for helping us create the space for these life-changing moments.

Here’s to releasing fear, embracing freedom, and trusting what comes next.

Sometimes you have to show when things aren’t going as planned. No sleep, plane delays, hair undone, no makeup or lip gloss chile 😂 but still managing to laugh through it all.

The video cuts at the end but we are now on our flights HOME!! We will get there late but remember delayed and never denied.
