COMING BACK (slowly but surely). No better feeling than getting back to running after injury. Might be time to roll the Mara dice again … 🤭

Been a little quiet on here lately but time to share some flows again 🤎 I rarely teach back-facing footwork but this was such a nice change up. A few short box shapes that flow seamlessly together for a full body flow ☆

Short box shapes from the week ☆☆☆ by @movebyjules

Bulgarian split squats with a twist ☆
Using the ball against the leg as feedback to find depth, control & alignment. A deceivingly HARD bodyweight lunge series. Focusing on depth first, then challenging balance under fatigue.

Building from the ground up ☆ FULL BODY DYNAMIC FLOW. Using wrist weights for that extra upper body burn & flowing in the most beautiful location. SAVE + TRY for your next standing series 💌

Flowing in paradise 🩵 Playing with layers, adding a little extra load with 1 dumbbell & just letting the movement build. Love to start simple and then continue to build.

1. Lateral extension - 45s

2. Side kneel oblique crunch - 45s

3. Straight leg lift - 45s

4. HOLD lift, just shoulder press - 45s

5. Pushup into ankle tap - 45s

6. 3 legged dog into knee drive - 45s

7. Slow mountain climbers - 45s by @movebyjules

Alllll about the quads ☆ Adding the squishy ball for that extra stability challenge and a little more burn. Playing with heel elevated takes it up a whole another level. Moving on a B spring 🩵
