UPDATE: Pilates with Grace Grips timings have changed! 🤍✨

We’re getting so close to Big Church Festival 2026, and we can’t wait to see you there! 🎉

Grace Grips will be in the Expo Tent all weekend, and Grace will also be hosting Pilates with Grace Grips sessions across all three days.

Please note that our Riser Den session times have changed from those previously advertised, so make sure you save the updated schedule below! 🤍

A day that began with movement, connection and community but ended in heartbreaking circumstances.

It feels difficult to share moments from the Big Church Festival without acknowledging the tragedy that followed. I find myself continually thinking of everyone affected, especially those who are grieving Pastor Robert and those who were injured.

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to teach two Pilates classes in the Riser Den and Wellness Tent that Friday. I count myself blessed to have moved with so many people and shared in the beautiful atmosphere of the festival. Some memories are complicated, and this is certainly one I’ll hold onto with both gratitude and sadness. taken in West Sussex by @moving.withgrace

We had the most amazing time at our first-ever PUMP & PRAISE Pilates Party this Saturday at @boxparkcroydon! 🥳

Led by the incredible @grace.grips, women travelled from near and far to come together for the ultimate worship & workout experience 🥰

What a beautiful morning of community, movement and faith. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💗

We'll drive hours for a room that feels like this.

Flights, motorways, a quiet minute to catch our breath, then the doors opened on Pump & Praise Birmingham and every mile made sense.

A hall full of women lifting, dancing and worshipping together. Our socks laid out, our name up on the big screen, and a community that reminded us exactly why Grace Grips exists in the first place.

The journey is never really the point. It's who's waiting for you at the end of it. 🤍

Consider this your sign to stop doing Pilates in normal socks… 😂🧦

Same move. Very different levels of grip.

We put regular socks vs Grace Grips to the test and, well… we think the results speak for themselves 👀

Because when you’re trying to focus on your form, the last thing you need is your feet sliding away from you.
