These last three months of the year can hold so much grief, so much change, and so much goodness. 🥹🤍

Grief and Joy can coexist. 🤍
Pain and Hope can coexists. 🤍

These last three months might be filled with high highs and low lows.

Don’t forget to dream.
Don’t forget to take small steps towards growth.
Don’t forget that choosing to change doesn’t mean you’ve been wrong your whole life.

We are all growing into new versions of ourselves.🤍
It’s okay to let go of _______ in the next three months.🤍
It’s okay to decide you want to be more than what you have been. 🤍

I know I’m a few days late because I’ve been sick, but I still wanted to take a moment to acknowledge October 10th — World Mental Health Day. 🤍

*Trigger Warning - Suicide and Depression*

This one is personal to me. 🤍

I was in 8th grade when I experienced my first suicidal thoughts and attempted to take my own life. I was just a young girl trying to navigate things I didn’t know how to process or put into words. 🤍

Fast forward to my senior year of high school, and I found myself on the other side of that moment. I had the opportunity to talk with another young girl who was struggling and help save her life that day. 🤍

I want to remind you that you never know how your story, your presence, or simply choosing to sit with someone in their darkest moment can change the course of their life. 🤍

I’ve walked through depression and some incredibly dark seasons, but today, I stand on the other side with a strong faith in the Lord. 🤍

That doesn’t mean life has always been easy or that I’ve had all the answers. It means I’ve experienced the faithfulness of God in seasons when I couldn’t see what was ahead of me. 🤍

So, if you’re struggling right now, please hear me when I say this:

YOU BELONG HERE.
YOUR LIFE HAS PURPOSE.
YOUR STORY ISN’T OVER.

You are more than what you’re feeling in this moment.
You don’t have to carry the weight of the world alone.
Asking for help is never a sign of weakness.

And please, check on your people. Ask the hard questions. Listen without judgment. Sometimes, the conversation you almost didn’t have is the one that changes everything.🤍

I’m so grateful that God has carried me through the darkest chapters of my story and allowed me to be there for someone else in theirs. 🤍

You are loved.
You are needed.
And there is still so much life ahead of you.
