When you believe in women, incredible things happen. 💎
A few months ago, @yailinlamasviral became the first Dominican woman—and only the third Latina in the urban genre after Karol G and Becky G—to sell out the iconic United Palace.

She was dedicated from start to finish. Yailin came up with the creative, setlist, and knew exactly how she wanted her show to be. She put in the work and they showed up. This moment isn’t just hers—it represents a win for all women who are too often overlooked.

As a company, we’ve proven time and time again that the audience is here. The issue isn’t demand—it’s opportunity. It’s time for agents, managers, and promoters to invest in more women.

Thank you to everyone who made this historic night happen—my team, the production staff, and La Chiverikas who were there every step of the way.

We’re just getting started! 💎🎤

Thank you @leilacobs @billboard for the recognition. Thank you for all you do for us.

For years the goal has been to create equality for all artists, especially Latin women. Grateful to do this everyday with an incredible team @mtwagency and clients that trust and know that we lead with passion for culture and an appreciation for the nuances and ever evolving industry.

On the live side for all the artist that we have the privilege to work with be touring, booking, or one offs. The story continues. 💎 by @mtw.live

I’m deeply grateful for this recognition—not just because of the incredible Mujeres I’m honored to stand alongside, but also because it comes from @remezcla, a publication that truly understands our culture. One that speaks to and educates our people while uplifting emerging talent early on.

@jeanettehndz , I’m especially thankful that you were the one to interview me. A true gem.@thatiana.diaz the work you do in this space is incredible, and I appreciate you and the entire team so much. Thank you! 💎

“¡Hace un año, hoy, produjimos el histórico show Mujeres Del Movimiento el 24 de junio de 2023! 🌟✨ ¡Por primera vez, un elenco totalmente femenino de música urbana latina compartió un mismo escenario, representando uno de los géneros más subrepresentados pero culturalmente influyente de la música latina. 💎🎤🌸

“ A year ago today, we produced the historic Mujeres Del Movimiento show on June 24, 2023! 🌟🎶 For the first time, an all-female Urban Latin lineup shared one stage, representing one of Latin music’s most underrepresented yet culturally rich genres. 💎🎤”

Looking forward to our next event 🚀

S/O to my tribe that helped make this event a success. Starting with these incredible women. Our amazing host that went above and beyond @jennifermotaval. 💐
