As we close out the year, I’ve been reflecting on the moments that I have been grateful for, and this is one I’ve been holding close.
Still incredibly honored to be included in Variety’s Women’s Impact 2025.
A reminder that building independently, with no backing, just vision, grit, and a team that matches that energy, is worth every late night and leap of faith.

When you believe in women, incredible things happen. 💎
A few months ago, @yailinlamasviral became the first Dominican woman—and only the third Latina in the urban genre after Karol G and Becky G—to sell out the iconic United Palace.

She was dedicated from start to finish. Yailin came up with the creative, setlist, and knew exactly how she wanted her show to be. She put in the work and they showed up. This moment isn’t just hers—it represents a win for all women who are too often overlooked.

As a company, we’ve proven time and time again that the audience is here. The issue isn’t demand—it’s opportunity. It’s time for agents, managers, and promoters to invest in more women.

Thank you to everyone who made this historic night happen—my team, the production staff, and La Chiverikas who were there every step of the way.

Thank you @leilacobs @billboard for the recognition. Thank you for all you do for us.

For years the goal has been to create equality for all artists, especially Latin women. Grateful to do this everyday with an incredible team @mtwagency and clients that trust and know that we lead with passion for culture and an appreciation for the nuances and ever evolving industry.

Our 2025 Major Mujer, Diana Dotel shared that one moment or turning point in which she felt she was in the right space.

“When I started [producing shows] from start to finish. There was something about, at the end of the show, when you see all the fans and they’re cheering, and the artist comes off a stage, and whether it’s an encore or not, their adrenaline is through the roof. They’re excited and knowing like, “Wow, this is what people don’t know. It took me four months to put this together for that one moment – that one hour.” There’s something so exciting from putting a tour or a concert together from A to Z. I don’t even know what show [it was] because it was so early, but from the beginning, I just loved it… I just [always] wanted to be in the music business. I didn’t know what sector.”

MTW was built to provide opportunities. To move the needle in culture. To get things right by providing opportunities, while shining a light on the latine community and beyond. As @patron’s Culture agency of record I’m proud of the opportunity to allow us to get things right. Love working with clients that move with intention and this launch event was intentional in every way. For the other brands take notes.
La Reina @iambeckyg shut it down as usual while @titodoublep and @gabitoballesteros partnered with brands for the first time in the US to all hit the stage together for first the first time ever. @mandofresko crushed it by setting the vibes right. The Patròn Cristalino was flowing and the night was right.

Last year, we kicked off our first @mujeresdelmovimiento concert.💎 Every girl on the lineup was selected with intention to provide visibility and opportunity. @slowlismar was an artist we knew immediately would bring a new, refreshing sound. 🎶 We’re so excited for what’s to come and what she has accomplished quickly.
