August, you were pretty damn awesome 🥹☀️

Feeling extra grateful closing this one out. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. 🫶

Especially, to my love @themuaythaiguy 💙 by @muaythaimami

I loved becoming a mother. What I didn't love was…

The loss of control. After baby, everything changed. Time disappeared. My body felt foreign. And old routines? They didn’t fit my new life.

That’s why I created the Fit & Focused program.

This is for moms who are done putting themselves last and ready to get strong, feel capable, and reclaim their energy.

This isn’t a “bounce back” plan. It’s personal. 💥

💪 12 weeks of personalized strength training — delivered through the app, built around your actual body and goals
📅 Real routines that work with mom life — no childcare required, workouts that flex around naps, interruptions, and chaos
💬 Weekly coaching, not just a plan — alternating real coaching calls and quick check-ins, so you’re never left guessing
📱 WhatsApp support between calls — for the hard days, not just the scheduled ones
🎯 Accountability that actually adjusts — so one missed week doesn’t turn into quitting

You don’t need more willpower. You need a plan that respects your life and reignites your glow. ✨

📩 Comment “FOCUSED” below and I’ll DM you everything you need to get started.

You deserve to feel like you again. 🖤

Here’s how the day actually looked ⬇️

I was trying to get a workout in with my son, and I kept having to pause — for him, for whatever came up. No sitter, no quiet house, no perfect setup. Just me, him, and a workout that looked nothing like the ones in my head.

I still got a little bit done. A quick lift, a little mobility in.
And that felt like a win. 🙌🏽

You don’t need childcare to start.
You just need to allow it to be messy.

💌 Save this for the next time you think you need the perfect setup to begin.

📣The perfect hour no longer exists, do this instead.

This was me the other day.

I was trying to get a workout in with my son, and I kept having to pause — for him, for this and that, for whatever came up. It wasn’t clean. It wasn’t uninterrupted. But I still got a little bit done, and honestly? That felt like such a win. 🙌🏽

I got to move my body. Stretch out. Get a mobility in. That’s it. That’s the whole win for the day, and it was enough.

The perfect hour no longer exists. This does.

Comment FOCUSED if you’re ready to stop waiting for perfect and start counting the wins you’re actually getting.

Baby #2 broke a belief I didn't know I had.

I used to think “help” meant handing everything off completely.

Even when someone is helping, it’s still on me to have at least one kid with me most of the time. So I had to stop believing my life — workouts, cooking, everything — had to be separate from them to mean something.

Now the kitchen’s messier. The workouts are chaotic. Things take longer. And I’m actually present for it instead of waiting for a version of my day that doesn’t exist anymore.

That shift is what changed everything for me.

If ‘messy and present’ sounds better than ‘clean and checked out,’ comment FOCUSED and I’ll walk you through how to get there. 🫶🏽

I run this like a fighter’s corner.

60 seconds to reset, then I’m back in steady.

The idea is you don’t fix everything between rounds. You reset the essentials quickly.

Here are the steps 👇🏽

1. Take 3 full breaths before you walk in
2. Name one thing that went right today
3. Change one thing physically
4. Pick ONE non-negotiable for tonight (bedtime story, dinner happening, or 2 minutes of skincare just for you. Pick one, not all three)
5. Let the rest be good enough

Do these, and you stop reacting to the chaos.
Instead, you’ll start leading it.

💌 Save this for the next hard evening.
