Help or advice much appreciated! This whole maths thing has truly truly consumed me, and I have LOVED all aspects of the journey. The academic world is not something I’m clued up on, and I’m now trying to find a way to fund the next stages of whatever this thing is. If you have any knowledge on how I could get some support for what I am doing I would be very very grateful! Please share this with anyone you think might have any thoughts! Loads of love, Brook :) x by @multicolourmaths

SOMERSET! Maths Up The Mountain will be showing in Langport at Portfield Studios on the 24th September! It follows the journey of Multicolour Maths - a project that has been brilliantly supported by @wick.farm. I’ll be sharing how the method works and some new ideas for a new musical project too… Share the word with anyone you know down that side of the country! Tickets on Eventbrite and in bio :) @multicolourmaths by @multicolourmaths

Without sounding negative… I wonder whether negative numbers might be an unnecessary stumbling block if even the teachers struggle to explain it… I’m presenting at the British Congress of Mathematics Education in October so please email me your thoughts! :) by @multicolourmaths

Thank you @jenniepritchard and @cornucopiastudio30 for a blooming beautiful workshop making giant flowers! I made mine pink and yellow to represent 36 in Multicolour Maths :) 36 has become one of my favourite numbers, not only because pink and yellow look so good together, but because 36 can be divided by lots of numbers and it is very important in geometry too! But mainly…it looks great. Haha! by @multicolourmaths

I have an essay on an academic website archive thing yaaaaaay! Feels really really great to see my first little essay/paper about Multicolour Maths up online! I’ve really loved writing about this whole experience and what I’m learning and discovering. All bits and bobs written on scraps of paper and in my sketchbooks! I hope it is all useful somewhere down the line :) This is still all self led and independent so any advice or help would be very much appreciated!! Hope it’s relatively interesting!!
