One Delisle continues to transform Toronto's skyline, with significant progress taking place across the tower, podium, and heritage components of the project.

Exterior façade installation has now reached Level 44, while balcony railing installation continues through Level 39.

Above the tower, structural steel for the signature crown has been completed, with work now focused on the crown enclosure and architectural finishes that will define the building's distinctive silhouette. Ongoing metal cladding installation across the podium is also advancing the project's street-level presence.

Inside the building, future homes continue to take shape, with suite construction progressing through framing, finishes, flooring, and kitchen installations. Restoration work on the historic Yonge Street heritage façade remains ongoing, alongside continued progress on the future parkette and surrounding public realm improvements.

Progress continues at Lansing Square as the project moves further into its excavation phase.

With the perimeter soldier piles now at 94% complete, the team has commenced structural caisson installation and bulk excavation activities. Installation of the dewatering system remains ongoing and continues to support the excavation operations across the site.

Another key milestone has also been achieved with the completion of the hoarding installation along Sheppard Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue, further enhancing site security and perimeter control as construction progresses.

Together with our client @almadevgroup and project partners, including @wallmanarchitects , @jablonskyengineers , @tarrainc , @mcw.group , @slr_canada, Soberman Engineering Inc. and @truong.lydesign , we're proud to be helping bring this new community to life.

The Rekai Centre at Cherry Place is beginning to take shape, with progress now visible above ground.

The first floor has been completed, and work is moving ahead on the next levels, essential equipment, including the Boilers, Chillers, ventilation units and generator fuel tanks have been positioned in the basement, all of which are major milestones in delivering this fantastic long-term care home for the community.

A small pin with an important message. 🧡

Today, our people are wearing the Generations Orange Shirt Day pin in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The proceeds from these pins support the Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council Elders Council's Healing Gathering, helping bring Elders together through culture, connection, feasting and healing.

For us, the pin is a reminder to keep listening, learning and acknowledging the past as we continue along our Path to Reconciliation.

This year, 25 of our people, including all Regional Executives, participated in Indigenous Cultural Awareness Training to deepen their understanding of Indigenous histories, rights, cultures and relationships.

Today, we honour residential school Survivors, their families and communities, and remember the children who never returned home.

Another major project completed! 🏟️

We are proud to have completed the indoor turf field at the Cowan Recreation Centre at RBJ Schlegel Park in Kitchener.

Featuring a 85,000 sq. ft. sports field with the flexibility to accommodate multiple playing areas, this facility will provide a premier space for sport, recreation, and community programming year-round.

We’re grateful to have played a part in bringing this incredible facility to life. Thank you to the City of Kitchener & Multiplex Canada for trusting Pro-Tech Turf & Netting Solutions with this project.

The Cowan Recreation Centre at RBJ Schlegel Park continues to make strong progress as work advances across both the interior and exterior of the facility.

In this update, Dishant Bhandari, Senior Project Coordinator, showcases some of the centre's key features, including an aquatic centre with leisure and lap pools designed for both community members and competitive athletes, a FIFA-sized indoor soccer field, and two cricket practice nets.

Outside, all sidewalks and coloured concrete works are now complete. The green roof garden and irrigation system have also been completed, while landscaping preparations continue with tree planting underway and hardscaping activities now in progress.

Inside, several key spaces are nearing completion. The reception desk, interior glazing, bathroom accessories, terrazzo stairs, turf, overhead doors, and flooring in the multipurpose room have all been completed. Final painting and millwork continue throughout the facility, while work progresses in the cricket cage and soccer club areas.
Behind the scenes, major building systems continue to be commissioned, with the pool, walk-in fridge, and freezer now operational. Air balancing, electrical works, and solar installations on the field house roof also remain underway as the project moves closer to completion.
