A big day for our local brands at Sprouts 🥳

Naturally Chicago brands met one-on-one with the Sprouts buying team while sharing their products with nearly 200 Sprouts HQ employees through an afternoon of sampling!

From connecting directly with buyers to getting products into the hands of the people behind the business, it was a great opportunity for our community to build relationships and get their products out there.

Thank you to Sprouts for welcoming our brands and helping make this such a great day!

Rooted in three generations of flavor 🌶️🌱

@tierranegrasalsa was created by Ivan Gutierrez, a third generation restaurateur who grew up in his family’s Mexican restaurants.

“I saw firsthand how food brings people together, and how rich, diverse, and regional Mexican cuisine truly is,” he says. Those experiences inspired him to create Tierra Negra, not to make just another salsa, but to share unexpected Mexican flavors and ingredients many people have never had the chance to experience.

Some of you may remember Ivan as our 2025 Pitch Slam winner, who came back this year as a judge. We love watching this community come full circle. 🤍

I personally love adding the dark salsa to my eggs in the morning! 😋

A Persian pantry staple, reimagined 🌱

We're teaming up with @naturally.colorado to spotlight one of their founders, and we love this one.

@leemusuperfood was started by Azin Jasmine Iganian and her daughter and co-founder Kianna, out of a simple problem: they couldn't find Persian sauces on store shelves, so they made their own clean versions to save time on meal prep. They served them at movie nights and team dinners, and people kept asking for bottles of their own.

Leemu is the first modern Persian sauce set made for the American market and everyday use, flavor innovation that opens up new experiences, with a formulation that's simple and intuitive to actually use.

Even better, it brings the Persian and Middle Eastern community, so underrepresented on shelves, into the mainstream. As Azin puts it, what she loves about this community is the focus on purpose, better products, and support for one another. That's how society thrives.

Go show @naturally.colorado and @leemusuperfood some love! 🤍

"I quit the format. I didn't quit the results." 🍫⭐️

that's the line @syrenspreads founder keeps coming back to. it started in Mexico City, where an expat consulting job took her, and where her sense of what food from nature could actually do for the body began to shift.

it kept going in a restaurant kitchen, where she became a pastry chef at 50 with no formal training, just a willingness to be bad at something new. somewhere in there, she stopped believing self care had to hurt to count.

Syren Spreads is the answer that came with the question: if chocolate can be this indulgent, why can't it do something for your skin too? three years and a lot of formulation work later (alongside her co-founder, a confectionery scientist), the answer is 2,400mg of skin botanicals, tremella, gotu kola, astragalus, and bamboo silica, folded into a chocolate hazelnut spread you'll actually finish the jar of.

not a trade off. a ritual. 🤍

two friends, one simple question 🌱

@brainfood started when a scientist and a doctor asked something that stuck with them: why do we put so much thought into taking care of our bodies, but make taking care of our brains feel so complicated?

they wanted something they'd actually reach for on a busy day, refreshing, delicious, and made to support brain wellness without caffeine, tons of sugar, or another handful of supplements. so they made it: a lightly sparkling functional water with science backed nutrients for focus, clarity, and everyday brain health.

what began as an idea between friends in 2023 officially launched in 2025, and today they're a female founded, Chicago based small business building BrainFood one can, retailer, and farmers market at a time.

their mission? make caring for your mind feel approachable and joyful, not just another thing on your to do list. 🤍

from mom of four to founder on a mission 🌱

@vitaminisbrand was born from a simple problem founder Leslie Danford knew well as a mom of four: finding an easy, enjoyable way for her family to actually get the nutrients they needed.

after years in the beverage industry and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Leslie saw a chance to rethink how people take supplements. the result is Vitaminis, everyday nutrition turned into convenient, great tasting mini drinks. three functional options for Gut Health, Immune Support, and Daily Greens, all with no added sugar and no refrigeration needed.

no pills, no powders, no chalky gummies, just nutrition you actually enjoy taking.

now in 675+ retail locations, available at Walmart, and expanding into Vitamin Shoppe. 👏

RMBR started with Jack + Kiara, a husband-and-wife duo who cut back on drinking after college and quickly got tired of being “the water people” at every happy hour.

so they decided to brew something better: a sparkling green tea kombucha with zero fruit juice, zero vinegar bite, and none of that funky fermented flavor kombucha is known for.

light, refreshing, and actually craveable, RMBR is made for those little moments when you want a pick-me-up, a moment of calm, or just a better thing to reach for.

traditionally fermented, always crushable. we love this one ⭐️ @drinkrmbr
