Introducing THE BELLA EDIT ✨

A little bit of what I’m loving lately, curated just for you.

After years in the clean beauty space (and now as a holistic esthetician), I’ve tried a lot of products. And if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m pretty selective about what makes it onto my shelf.

So I’m starting a new monthly series where I’ll share the products I genuinely love, reach for, and recommend. From skincare and makeup to haircare and everything in between.

Because clean beauty should be more than a pretty label. Ingredients matter, but so does performance. 🤍

First up: The October Edit 🍂 with favorites from @fitglowbeauty @planttherapy @osmosisbeauty @sparitualist

Tell me, what’s one beauty product you’ve been loving lately? I always love discovering new favorites!

A skincare trend I actually believe in 👀

LED light therapy may be trendy…
but this one has science behind it.

Red + near-infrared light can support:
✨ collagen production
✨ skin healing + repair
✨ reduced inflammation
✨ healthier-looking skin

No heat. No injury. No downtime.

That’s why I love incorporating LED
into my customized facials.

Sometimes supporting the skin
is more powerful than stressing it.

I found these tassels at an antique shop and knew exactly where I would use them. It’s small and easy details like this that can make a simple door handle just a little extra special. 💕

Facial massage is one of my favorite parts of a treatment and the @lemieuxprofessional ThermaLift Kit makes it easy to continue that ritual at home.

This isn’t your traditional gua sha. ThermaLift has four different settings so you can customize your massage depending on what your skin needs:

DETOX — for oily + congested skin
INFUSE — for normal + dry skin
CONTOUR — to enhance your sculpting + gua sha massage
LIFT — for an upward, lifting massage technique

The kit also pairs the device with two Le Mieux favorites to give you the perfect glide while adding skincare benefits:

TGF-β Booster is a serum designed to support firmer, smoother, healthy looking skin, while O² Calming Gel provides lightweight hydration and helps soothe the skin.

Mix 2–3 drops of TGF-β Booster with 2–3 pumps of O² Calming Gel, then work from the chest → neck → face using long, intentional strokes.

I love incorporating ThermaLift in the treatment room, but what I really love is that you can take the ritual home and continue supporting your skin between facials.

Think of it as your elevated gua sha ritual.

End of summer = making room for what’s next ✨

We’re clearing out a few @heybella_shop favorites and all at prices you probably won’t see again.

I rounded up 3 of my top picks from the sale + why I love them because there are some GOOD finds in there. 👀

Quantities are super limited, so if you’ve had your eye on something, this is your sign.

Shop the End of Summer Sale before your favorites are gone for good.

Double cleanse with me 🫧✨

If you’re wearing SPF + makeup every day, one quick cleanse may not be getting everything off.

My current double-cleansing duo:

First cleanse: @joshrosebrook Complete Moisture Cleanse. I love starting with a balm/oil-based cleanse to help dissolve makeup, SPF, excess oil + the buildup from the day without leaving the skin feeling stripped.

Second cleanse: @thebodydeli Blueberry Fusion Cleanser. This is where we actually cleanse the skin. It also contains lactic + malic acids, giving you some gentle exfoliating benefits while you cleanse—especially nice if exfoliation isn’t already a regular part of your routine.

The goal isn’t to cleanse harder. It’s to cleanse more effectively while still protecting your skin barrier.

Because those beautiful serums you’re investing in? Let’s not put them on top of yesterday’s SPF. 😉

First cleanse = remove the day.
Second cleanse = cleanse the skin.

Save this for your nighttime routine!

Four months of dust, delays, decision fatigue, and wondering if we’d ever see the finish line.

There were stressful days, frustrating days, tears, and moments when it all felt completely overwhelming.

But there was also so much excitement and so much gratitude.

Watching these clips back reminds me that the most beautiful transformations happen in the middle of the mess.

I can’t wait to finally show you what’s on the other side.

When it comes to healthy, beautiful skin, prevention will always be more powerful than correction.

I love a good serum, but if I could give you only one piece of skincare advice, it would be this: wear your SPF every single day.

This little $40 bottle will protect your skin from:
☀️ Sun damage
☀️ Hyperpigmentation
☀️ Premature aging
☀️ Collagen breakdown

The reality is that many of the concerns we spend hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars trying to treat later could have been prevented with consistent sunscreen use.

Protect now. Correct less later.

Gentle exfoliation > aggressive exfoliation.

One of my favorite ways to reveal brighter, smoother, healthier-looking skin is with enzymes.

Unlike harsh scrubs or strong acids, enzymes work by gently dissolving the buildup of dead skin cells sitting on the surface of the skin. The result? A fresh, radiant glow without over-stripping your skin barrier.

The @lemieuxprofessional Hungarian Enzyme Mask is perfect for congested but sensitive skin because it’s packed with skin-loving ingredients that do so much more than exfoliate.

Healthy skin doesn’t always need stronger treatments. Sometimes, it simply needs the right ingredients working in harmony. by @naturallyeunice

One of my favorite parts of this job isn’t just helping people feel confident in their skin it’s the relationships that come with it. 💕

We laugh, we catch up on life, we occasionally look like aliens… 👽😂

A facial should feel relaxing, personalized, and honestly… fun.

Because great skincare is important, but so is enjoying the experience. by @naturallyeunice

Your facial doesn’t start and stop at your face.

The neck and décolleté are often overlooked, yet they’re essential to healthy, radiant skin.

Every facial I perform begins with intentional massage to help:
• Support healthy lymphatic drainage
• Reduce facial puffiness
• Stimulate circulation
• Relieve tension held in the neck and shoulders
• Prepare the skin to better receive the treatments that follow

To me, skincare is about treating the body as a whole, not just the face. That’s what makes it holistic ☺️Thoughtful massage is one of the most powerful ways to support both skin health and relaxation, and it’s a step I’ll never skip.

Part 1 of building my dream facial room. 🌿

Now that I’m officially ready to start offering facials, I wanted this space to feel like an extension of everything I believe about skin health…calming, intentional, and inspired by nature.

Every detail is being chosen with purpose, and I can’t wait to bring you along as this room comes to life.

This botanical accent wall was the perfect place to start (even if I quickly realized wallpapering is not my hidden talent 😅). Thankfully, my cousin came to the rescue and absolutely saved the day.

This is just the beginning. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing all the little details that are coming together to create a treatment space that’s as thoughtful as the facials themselves.

What should I share next, the backbar, linens, treatment bed, or all the little finishing touches? 🌿✨
