The first Naylou Holistics Wellbeing Picnic 🌿💚 this is something I've been called to do for the community for a while, years to be honest, but have procrastinated for one reason or another but Spirit told me 'Now is the Time', so I had to listen and what a beautiful day it was. 🙏🏾✨️

The peaceful ZEN TENT was very much loved and the group sound bath filled the air, spreading healing vibrations to all in the surrounding space. Not forgetting the relaxing taster neck and shoulder massages.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared this time. Whether you came from the start 'til the end, jouned us later in the day, or popped by to say hello for 10 mins, it was beautiful seeing you and meeting a lot of you for the first time. 💖

A big thank you to @realdrinks.co for your generosity and gifting us non-alcoholic sparkling wine. It went down a treat. 🥂🍾

Plus a HUGE thank you to my family and friends who helped with the set-up/pack-up, I couldn't have done it without you. 🤗

Let's picnic together again next year! 🤲🏾🌿

After months of planning, the second Naylou Holistics Wellbeing picnic was a success! 🎉🎉🎉 I promised you a bigger and better picnic than last year and with your support that's exactly what we had! 🙌🏾

Even though the "park police" prevented us from putting up the gazebo and other structures, it didn't stop the beautiful time we shared. 💜

A huge THANK YOU to the sponsors who donated such wonderful items for the goodie bags and hamper. We raised £245.84 from the hamper raffle ticket sales for @poeticunity 🙏🏾✨️

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event so special. Your positive vibes and community spirit truly made the day unforgettable! 🥰 I'm already planning next year's event! 🌸🌿

After a break last year, we had the third Naylou Holistics Wellbeing Picnic this year. 🧺

Last minute changes meant a date change and and letting go of the idea that everything had to be "perfect"... and it turned out to be exactly that. Perfect in all the ways that mattered. ✨️

Thank you to everyone who came along! Family, friends, familiar faces, and new. Sharing a day of connection, laughter, rest, and a sound bath in nature was truly special. This community always reminds me just how much love and care there is in the world! 🤗

Also a heartfelt thank you to our sponsor, @goddessglamlounge for your support. 🙏🏾

See you next year! ✨️🌳✨️

My studio is a sanctuary not just for you, but for me as well. ✨️

• Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen from the towels, blankets, curtains, rugs, and even the clothing I wear are made from natural cotton. No low frequency fabrics!

• Natural fibres have their own energetic qualities and create a calming environment that supports the flow of each treatment.

• The body oils and essential oils used are also pure and natural.

Healing isn't just about the treatment itself, it's about the environment that surrounds it. 🌿 taken in East croydon, London by @naylouholistics

For the third year of the Naylou Holistics Wellbeing Picnic, all proceeds from the raffle ticket sales went to @naylouholisticscic. Thanks to your generosity through raffle ticket purchases and donations, we raised £180. 🙏🏾

It may not seem like a huge amount, but every pound makes a difference. This amount can provide three Women living with womb-related health conditions with a free 30-minute complementary therapy session, as well as another 13 Women with a box of organic sanitary products.

This is just the beginning! 💁🏾‍♀️ I have such a big vision for what the Wellbeing Picnic can become... more activities, more wellbeing experiences, more sponsors meaning more giveaways, and more opportunities to connect.

You can still donate to @naylouholisticscic via the link in the bio. If you're unable to donate at this time, sharing the mission and helping spread the word means just as much.

Here's to an even bigger, more beautiful Wellbeing Picnic in 2027. I'm already planning and manifesting it. ✨️✨️✨️
