The first Naylou Holistics Wellbeing Picnic 🌿💚 this is something I've been called to do for the community for a while, years to be honest, but have procrastinated for one reason or another but Spirit told me 'Now is the Time', so I had to listen and what a beautiful day it was. 🙏🏾✨️

The peaceful ZEN TENT was very much loved and the group sound bath filled the air, spreading healing vibrations to all in the surrounding space. Not forgetting the relaxing taster neck and shoulder massages.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared this time. Whether you came from the start 'til the end, jouned us later in the day, or popped by to say hello for 10 mins, it was beautiful seeing you and meeting a lot of you for the first time. 💖
