I made a 3 part compliation of some summer flows. Thank you to everyone who said yes when I asked. It is impossible to get everyone in who should be, but I think I got a good cross-section of the Ropeflow community. I'll post part 2 and 3 when I have permission from flowmies. I may do a fall one n a few months if i feel inspired.

For me, rope flow is about expressing the feeling in my body as I listen to music. Instagram is for trying to creatively communicate the same thing.

Im not great at social media. I don't time when I post, don't know what a "hook" is other than the rope flow pattern, and my videos are too long. I tried to post a “trial reel” the other day because it sounded interesting and it didn’t work 😆. Id enjoy learning about marketing and analytics, and catch myself wanting to move that direction but that would change my “why”. If this were a revenue stream for me id think differently about it.

I'm not necessarily trying to get a lot of eyeballs; I just want to make something that I think looks cool and put it out into the world.

Shout out to @therhythmicnoodle for this song. Checknout her flowtober playlist. Also picked up some sort of inside hook from a recent @cw__strength japan reel. by @nbropeflow

This is inspired by an iconic skate section by Dustin Latimer. I had to run some errands and brought my rope like a trixie hobbit. by @nbropeflow
