GOOD FLOW Flowing free again and again 🌊🌊🌊🌊 Putting down some random stuff I’m working on into free flow to see how effective they are and how are working freestyling. Maki roll mamba into some hard combination is almost working good at least on this side…but you know I’m not sleeping on it, BOSU ALWAYS 😊 Still not there but I’m ok with it since I know it’s not planned or choreographed. An endless work in progress ♾️ What you think? #ropeflow

Ok so I'm getting into spamming territory, going through a whip addiction at the moment. I feel like I have to tag you @abbeymasner and @nbropeflow, can't tell you why but this spammy flow has your names in it🤣🙌🏽😅 #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity

GOOD FLOW 5 Drills to practice your Reverse mic releases🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤 There’s so many different drills and ways to practice your reverse mic release, but here are the ones I used more during my journey. A great way to practice, get more focus and learn how to combine your mic releases into different patterns and flows. Obviously, as always, a good practice must be done on both sides to develop a real understanding and control. BOSU Both Sides Utilized ♾️ Which one is your favorite? Don’t forget to save the clip! Give them a try and let me know in the comments! #ropeflow

GOOD FLOW New Unlock 🔓 Golf swing Body tracer🏌️‍♂️⛳️⛳️ Lately im not posting a lot but luckily I’m in an overflow of new discoveries. Exploring and free flows are two of my fav things about this practice. Step by step I’ll share with y’all some new gems, meanwhile enjoy this new body tracer variation combined to the Golf/bat swing, imo one of the most satisfying move! Give it a try and let me know what you think! There’s always a next wave to ride and explore The flow can’t stop 🌊 #ropeflow

Ok a few honorable mentions, @flow.ascendente thank you for this track, it was the perfect track to do a bit of my own diving and discovering. @shpongle.me.good it's far from perfect, ropes are still smacking as are ankles, but I'm having fun along the way. @nbropeflow f@#k the algorithm, keep flowing my man, watching your journey is awesome 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 #ropeflow #ropeflowcommunity

Bucket List Link Up Complete. @goodflow_goodflow 🤝 Flowropesuk @ropeflowjourney I’m hoping we can flow together sooner rather than later 🤞 We were both quite low energy so mostly just did what we feel most at home doing. Freeflowing. It was fun to see our different takes on the same song and go back to back like this. Watching Phil in real life feels like you are watching a snake charmer. He bends the rope to his will. I like a one on one flow meet up like this. It was nice and chill, just exchanging ideas. Who wants to see round 2?

GOOD FLOW Anchors Freestyle ⚓️⚓️⚓️🌊🌊🌊 Exploring so much stuff lately so I’m letting go a lot to see what’s working and how. Inspired by @nbropeflow decided to get back a little bit on anchors and threw a couple of freestyles mixing them into this freestyle. The form is not really as smooth as I like, but I’m feeling I still can control and combine them good. Totally in love with my new white rope YIN by @kinwire_ropes The feeling is incredible and I couldn’t stop rolling it since I’ve rolled it last weekend in Cologne! TOO SMOOTH! How often do you practice your anchors? Enjoy the flow and keep rolling 🌊 #ropeflow

GOOD FLOW Orange Flow by KINWIRE 🍊🍊🍊 Had a wonderful recharging weekend in Cologne @kinwire_ropes 5 years anniversary! The vibe was great and filled with incredible interesting people. As always ropeflow brings joy and love ❤️ Grateful I met new flowmies and also reconnected with friends! I’m always grateful to receive new ropes cause you never know and luckily I have the opportunity to roll a looooot of them 😂 My man @jonas.nathanael.david gifted me some kinwire dope ropes and here is my first flow with the Horizon Plus 🌊 It’s a first test but I like it a lot! Smooth, balanced and flowy and at the same time a good heavy beast to tame! Had a great time and can’t wait to roll it more! Experimented a lot with some new concepts and combinations I’m working and the results are pretty nice 🌊🌊🌊 Enjoy the flow and keep rolling! #ropeflow More Freeflows on the way…. Stay tuned
