Glad i made it down despite health hurdles I’m tackling, but was great to see the growth and vibe of this event on its 3rd year with so many international and inspiring skaters.🔥 Well done Deano and his team 🔥👏🏼 and big up my Norwood Park Hockey famo for delivering another great outdoor session for this amazing skate retreat ❤️🙏🏼

Just a little different to @norwoodparkhockey 😜😆

But I can assure you that these practice sessions with the lads normally involves very minimal contact!! 😆 think I just had unlucky patch within a few mins of each other 😆🙏🏼

Also for those awaiting NPH Season ‘26 (Non contact street hockey) Starts Sunday 29th March (Date the clocks go forward) 🇬🇧☀️

BAG THEFT ALERT IN CLAPHAM, LONDON‼️ Sunday 15/11/25

Unfortunately on Sunday evening at 6:16pm, a cyclist/theif smashed my back windscreen and stole 2 valuable bags.

Here’s a summary of pictures of some of the things you may see pop up on market place, gumtree, car boot sales, garbage bins or eBay… (please contact if you do).

London Roller Skaters will know the joy my unique @basscaseldn speaker bag brought to me, but am hoping for the speaker bag and dairy’s safe return.

London is a small place within some social circles so let’s see if the power of social media and community can manifest their safe return 🙏🏼

Stolen property alert /Video footage of the guy🤬

For anyone that doesn’t know yet, my car was broken into in Clapham yesterday evening (Sunday) whilst set and ready to go to an exciting Bonanas. I left my car for just over an hour to get some food (and I normally take my stuff out the car!) but this one time I didn’t and at 6:16pm this sly mug smashed my back windscreen and took 2 bags so rapidly. Skates were safe/left but they took my skate bag and its contents and my unique and LOVED speaker bag that i had spent a very long time designing and creating with @basscaseldn .The bag has flown the world with me and many of you may of heard it before on street skates here or abroad 🔈🌎

Although the word is out, today has been stressful, juggling /cancelling work and sorting out car repairs whilst trying to work out who the culprit is - or who could have my stuff. I’ve seen magical stuff happen before so hoping this can happen again as London, in social terms, is a small and interwoven place for me 🙏🏼 Either way, the search has started so let’s see what comes back.🧐

Finally, just wanted to truly say how much i cherish and value this skate scene and friends❤️. The power and love you guys have is amazing and messages can be overwhelming but I need to thank everyone individually for their compassion and assistance as I remain hopeful for the items where abouts or safe return 🙏🏼 🔈📙✨ by @ng.skates

Hey guys. Sadly someone had broken into my car in Clapham Common this evening Sunday 14/12/25 off the high road on Stonhouse Street SW4 next to Infernos night club at 6:15pm, smashed my rear boot screen and pulled my custom made speaker bag and skate bag out of the smashed boot window. I’m so annoyed right now and trying to process things, but if anyone comes across someone with my @basscaseldn speaker bag or green @popinjoskates which had valuable items, included my Personal diary book. insta360 equipment (thankfully not the camera though) but included tripods, spare battery, then do let me know.

DJ NG x Street Hockey’ Vol.1
Episode 6: ‘NORWOOD PARK HOCKEY’ (NPH)

Welcome to this final episode as we review the last season with @streethockey_ldn and @norwoodparkhockey and ways to get in touch with any of the groups. NPH Season restarts March 2026.

Norwood Park (‘The Valley’) has always been a loved place for me and I’ve seen it grow over the years and bonded with some good and talented individuals (not just skaters).

Time has flow but 2026 will mark the 20th anniversary of my track ‘Tell Me’ which featured Katy B and MC Versatile and was produced through the inspiration and passion from my experiences in club culture -and records that I was heavily influenced by from the 2004-2006 era and before, with the track being signed to Ministry of Sound (2008).

With an excited and open mind for 2026, this mini doc has been a great new experience and feedback so far received has encouraged me to get back into my presenting; whether it will be again on radio, or infront of the camera, I love researching, learning and sharing life experiences and knowledge.

Thank you again to all that has helped on this SH journey so far.🛼🏒

‘DJ NG x Street Hockey’ Vol.1
Episode 5: ‘SUNDAY HOCKEY’

This episode takes a detour to an iconic park in London that was home to part of Sunday street hockey in my teens. It attracted players from all over the world who were staying in London for the common love of street hockey. We talk about why Norwood Park Hockey chose a Sunday to host its weekly sessions.

The next and final episode of this series brings us up to date to Norwood Park Hockey and the development of Street Hockey LDN and talks about how 2026 is a special year for DJ NG music 🎶💫

Episode 4: ‘THE TEAMS’

Talking outside Camberwell Leisure centre, this episode mentions the move from Peckham Leisure centre into Camberwell and the eventual end of the ‘Dulwich Legends’ but the start of a new journey with teams within London’s surrounding counties and entering to the UK’s Junior Nationals twice with two different teams.

Stay tuned for episode 5 where we visit an iconic place in London for outdoor street hockey in London. But can you guess where? (not Norwood Park - but the clue is in the end transition)💫
