I finished my fiancés sleeve in time for it to be healed and settled before our wedding next week I wanted to share the process! 💍⛰️

We did a bunch of research together and picked all the individual pieces ahead of time and while we were in Hawaii I got them all drawn and ready to go. Then once they were drawn I put them onto the 3D arm in procreate so we could play with placement ahead of time. 💪🏾🤗

I’ve never laid out a sleeve like this before, but I really enjoyed the process. Getting to see the layout ahead of time helped me see what I needed to add and take away from each design. I think it helped me a lot!🔥👆🏾

I think I want to start doing more pieces by using this approach! If you have some ideas for a sleeve or leg sleeve let me know and let’s get some ideas going!! ✌️🤗 taken in Hive Tattoo by @nickbonestattoos

For anyone that doesn’t know yet. A few months ago my wife and I gave up our home in Las Vegas and we moved into our Sprinter van! Since then, we have been traveling around the country, and I’ve been doing guest spots at shops all over. Admittedly, it was a bit of a rough start (due to unexpected heat waves and super unexpected Mercedes “mishaps”), but September might just have been our best month yet!

RECAP OF OUR ADVENTURES FOR LAST MONTH:
We got to spend our 2 year wedding anniversary in Yosemite, visiting all our favorite spots, showing Fondue around the park, and we got to hike half dome for the first time!

We then went to Fresno where I got to tattoo for the week @invictusinkfresno and hang with the coolest people!

Then it was off to Monterey California where I got to work @goldcoast1977 for the weekend and meet all kinds of amazing locals and tourists!

Then it was off to Berkeley and San Francisco where I got to tattoo @truelovetattooberkeley and we got to have a few amazing date nights!

Then, we got to explore some coast cities in Northern California and see some amazing sights while we made our way back to Vegas.

Our littlest best friend @fonduebenoit turned 2 a few days ago! Unfortunately, life was life-ing extra hard that week and I missed being there with him. But, to literally no one’s surprise, when @nickbonestattoos picked me up from the airport he had the birthday boy in tow and had the whole van decorated with banners and toys and extra special birthday/welcome home love.

We kept the decorations up until we were parked in a spot that felt pretty enough to snap some pictures: a park on the shore of Lake Erie.

I fall more in love with you every day.

The last two years have been a whirlwind of adventures.
Law school, two weddings, roadtripping through Scandinavia, building out a camper van, giving up our apartment to move into said camper van. ❤️

I get excited every day I wake up next to you, and I love every second I get to spend with you. From crazy epic hikes to do photo shoots, to laying in bed and losing to you in Mario Kart.
