My heart is full. Last week I took some much needed PTO for the first time in my life. This past year has put me at my lowest lows. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t struggling at times and because of that I knew I needed to be surrounded by a more positive environment.

I took a few days off from work and traveled over 2,400 miles round trip in my track car to visit my fam, play with cars, hang with my people, return to my roots, relax for a second and genuinely enjoy some good company is exactly what I needed to fill my cup. I feel refreshed and I have a clear understanding now of what’s good for me.

This trip opened my eyes even more and convinced me of a thought that I had buried deep within myself. Now I know what I need to feel whole again. I thought I had it all figured out before. I didn’t.

Now my head is clear. My heart is full. My cup is filled. A sense of direction that I’ve been longing for is now evident. Now we work. One step at a time. Day by day I’ll be choosing to move forward in the right direction.

I’m forever grateful for the time spent back in California. New memories made, strong connections felt, quality time had and a full heart.

Onward we go.

September. Sad boy summer is over.
What a freaking month. Not really sure how I feel about it. Definitely some lows this past month, but I’m optimistic for the future. This is probably the most unsure I’ve been about anything in my life. I have big decisions and the pressure feels heavy. The uncertainty kills me. There’s a lot of risks involved, but the excitement is… exactly that. Exciting.

A year ago I was so certain. I know that a year from now I’ll look back and laugh at myself. I need to remind myself that we are all living life for the first time and no one really has it all figured out. Who knows what’s coming next? I sure don’t.

October is an opportunity to recenter, refocus and continue to put one foot in front of the other.

I appreciate you guys for rocking with me along this journey. We will continue to push. 💎

Love you all.

Soul searching in the Sawtooths. 9/17/26.
I woke up exhausted this morning. I’ve been burning the candle at both ends again and I knew I needed a break. I allowed myself a slow morning. Coffee, breakfast and a quiet morning. I felt a heavy feeling of sadness today. Not hopeless this time, but defeated nonetheless.

The past couple days I’ve let my intrusive thoughts get the best of me. About a week ago I spoke with a therapist. They told me I was clinically depressed. I agree, but I understand that perspective and being able to control it can heavily sway that outcome. I’m good most days, but yesterday and today I knew I needed to disconnect.

I showed up to gym. I kept my head down the entire time. I did 2 exercises with half ass effort. Not feeling it. Not in a good mood, so I left feeling weak and defeated.

I started driving home. I didn’t want to go home though. I wanted to be away. Then I thought, “Just go. Do it alone.”

I put Red Fish Lake into my GPS. It has been on my list of places to visit here in Idaho. Almost 3hrs away. Fuck it. So I went. No plan. Not prepared.

The drive there was calming. The mountains were beautiful, the weather clear and the air was crisp. I pulled into the parking lot and stepped out of my car. This place was stunning. Definitely one of the prettiest places I’ve been. The smell of pines, mountains looming over the clear blue water, clean air, no noise, no people. I knew this was the right move.

I walked a path through the forest and found a quiet sandy beach on the lake being overlooked by the Sawtooth Mountains. I was alone. Truly alone. No cell service. No noise. Just me. I sat on a downed tree and closed my eyes and just slowed down my breathing with long exhales. I let myself actually feel my feelings instead of masking them with being busy or work. I felt those feelings so deeply. Then I cried for a minute and I prayed.

My life has taken such an unexpected spin this year. What I believed I was so confident in ended up not being for me. It hurts more than I’d want to imagine. For months my happiness was stripped away along with who I thought I was and what I expected to be.

I joke about August being such a tough month, but honestly it turned into the happiest I’ve been in a while and the most love I’ve felt probably all year. There were so many good memories and experiences that I’m almost sad that the month is over.

August provided me with spontaneous trips, plenty of family time, crazy amounts of work, reconnecting with friends and a big mindset shift.

Life sure moved fast in August! I moved to a new place. I made new connections. I created new plans for my future. I continued to shift into a new phase of life focused on growth, success and happiness as I continue start over. I’m a little bit scared, but I’m also excited. Regardless I’m confident now that we’re going to pull through and prevail.

September is only going to be better with more growth, more experiences and a positive attitude.

Thank you August. You were so good to me.

It feels good to be back and locked in again.

Last week I was wild but i absolutely loved it! I was PHYSICALLY clocked in at my workplace for 156hrs in a span of 8 days. That does not include the emails, messages, phone calls, transportation time in between. After all of that I was probably somewhere close to 165-170hrs of work last week. That was a new record for me!

Yes, my toxic trait is that I burn the candle from both ends. Yes I’m a workaholic. Yes it can be a problem. But I’m actually kind of proud of it. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be this busy and to be capable of handling it (sort of). I’m not the best at managing it, but that’s something I’m working on. I think I’m most proud of the fact that work I do is meaningful to me at least. I GET to help people for a living. I CHOOSE to help people for a living. I’m blessed to be able do it.

We are now back in town. We are recentered and almost all caught up. Shout out to all my clients for being patient with me. You guys are the best!

Nonstop.

So. Much. Love. 🫶🏻

I’ve got a smile on my face while writing this.

A 24 hour notice and a spontaneous decision to fly back to OC to help support my old store was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. I am SO HAPPY I had the opportunity to come back for a few days to work in HB.

Huntington Beach is a kick ass place and pretty damn hard to beat. Good people. Good food. Good weather. Good times. Good memories.

Aside from being back at the store, my highlight of the trip was seeing all the familiar faces (and some new ones too!) Being able to reconnect, share stories and truly be able to service good people made me feel really loved. I can’t believe the amount of people who actually came all the way out to see me! You guys are wild! It made me feel so special and gave me a boost I definitely think I needed.

I do feel bad that I didn’t get to see everyone I wanted to though and I definitely owe some friends here another visit again soon.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out, thank you for the all the love, but most importantly, thank you to @coresportsnutrition for having me back. What a special place! 🫶🏻

I already miss it. I’ll be back though and maybe sooner than you think! 😉

I remember I was in San Francisco in 2012-2013 when the tech industry was just starting to boom and I heard the term “remote work”. Being able to make money and work somewhere outside of your work place? I thought it was the coolest thing. I remember telling myself that I was going to do that some day. I also remembered a saying “Passion first and rest will follow.” It really stuck with me.

Fast forward, I sent my first online workout plan in 2015 and never looked back. I built my website. I had an app built. I did a lot of shit for free or for extremely cheap (still do) for a long time. And before any of that, I personal trained people in-person and continued to do so for 12 years.

Now, I make a living working full-time as an online coach writing training and nutrition programs, blood work reviews, functional movement patterns and training video checks, I consult and mentor people about health, PED’s, bodybuilding posing. I’ve worked with professional athletes, models, CEO’s, authors, etc… I work at my pace. When I want. Where I want. I work on a referral only basis. I don’t market myself. No need to. I’m the guy that other coaches and trainers hit up when they get stuck either for themselves or for their clients..

However, I became a workaholic… Working 2-3 jobs at a time fueling my passion to help people. Sometimes I work 100hrs a week. I don’t need to, but I want to. I love the hustle. I love the grind. I’m fucking proud of myself for it. You’ll never catch me being a lazy person. That’s not in my nature.

Anywhere with my phone, I can get work done. (I like having my iPad, notebook and a coffee too though).

It’s a trip. A goal that I made for myself 14 years ago, I achieved it. I believed in myself. Built a business. A really successful one (Successful to me at least) and I’m damn proud of it. It’s a challenge. It’s forever changing and I have a lot of streamlining to do to be more efficient, but I still get shit done and I’m good at what I do.

I’m grateful for this life, the opportunities and the people who trust me and believe in me. Thank you guys for helping me build @kylepanelacoaching and turning me into Nonstop Kylie. taken in Anywhere and Everywhere by @nonstopkyle

So last week, I planned a short roadtrip back to Northern California for my nieces 3rd birthday party. However, I made a spontaneous decision to head out there a couple days early when my older brother called me on Tuesday and told me he needed help with some work stuff. I had just gotten off a 48hr shift, but I told him I’d leave and drive there that night. And I’m glad I did! I needed to be out of my place anyways. I needed to stay busy and be around people I knew for my own mental health sake.

I was able to spend 2 days at my mom’s place and 2 days at my dad’s place as they don’t live too far from each other now. I ate some amazing home made meals (I miss those). Hung out with the chickens and dogs. Did quite a few drives and explored some new areas of Northern California that I haven’t seen. I even took my little brother to the gym at the crack of dawn 3 days in a row! (His first time at a commercial gym). I picked some wild blackberries on my brother’s property. Drove some fast Hondas through the curvy mountains roads. I even taught my 3yr old niece how to do graffiti… And last but definitely not least, I spent some time with my family. I think I’ve spent more time with them in the past few weeks than I have in the past few years, which I’m not proud of.

The older I get, the more I cherish these moments and appreciate my people. Life is short and it’s important to express gratitude whenever possible.

I’m now back in Boise feeling a little sad to have left, but also refreshed and excited to get back to my normal routine. It’s right back to work in the morning and another busy week for Nonstop Kylie. 72hr shifts, 25 client updates, finish unpacking from my move, updating my addresses/accounts, grocery store and meal prep and hopefully have a chance to take care of myself!

I write this with the heaviest of hearts. This page is personal, so I’ll open up and document my life outside of my business. Being vulnerable, raw and authentic is healthy for anyone and writing has always been a form of expression that I can lean on.

Today I walked out of our apartment for the last time and closed a chapter of my life I never saw coming nor was I ready for. It was tough. This was the same apartment that I was so sure of being the best & healthiest thing for me at that point in my life. Moving to Idaho as a family, establishing our roots, creating a life we could all be proud of was the dream.

Life happened. We changed. We both made mistakes. We learned. We grew. The versions of ourselves that we strived to create stemmed from uncomfortable and painful life lessons. Those lessons held such a high value in personal growth, character development and self control.

I acknowledge that I am far from perfect. I’m not proud of certain statements made or actions in my past, but I am proud of never giving up. Always putting in effort. Always committed. Always seeking betterment. Learning. Growing. Trying. I hold no resentment and I will never speak with malicious intent.

These are some important lessons that fucked me up, but I am grateful for them:

1. I don’t have to understand why things are the way they are. Accept them and grow. Clarity is good, but not necessary.
2. Not feeling chosen is by far the most humbling experience a person can feel.
3. Take ownership and accountability first, then apologize.
4. Mental health is far more important than I had ever imagined.
5. If the ball is in your court, how you play is all on you.

I spent quite a bit of time today processing my thoughts, my feelings, my future. I will always care. I will always cherish the memories, experiences, laughter and love. The rest? Those are part of the lessons we learn.

Heartbreak, grief, sadness? I’m over it. I sat with it. I felt it so deeply. So immensely. But eventually I had to move on from it.

And that’s where I’m at now. That’s where I have been. The lessons are still real. **continued in comments** taken in Meridian, Idaho by @nonstopkyle
