Stop scrolling. Stop chasing the next version of yourself long enough to respect the one you had to become.

Four months ago, this was only a decision. A quiet promise made in the dark: no more excuses, no more waiting, no more negotiating with the habits that kept you the same.

The mirror shows muscle, leanness, and change.

It does not show the hunger. The isolation. The training when your mind was tired. The meals repeated when nobody was watching. The moments you wanted comfort but chose the work instead.

This body was not built by motivation.

It was built through discipline, repetition, and a refusal to go back to who you were.

Respect the progress. Stay humble. Stay hungry.

The work is not over.

WHAT A SHOW. 🏆

No overall. No excuses. No regrets.

We came. We saw. We conquered—and we left with unfinished business.

But the real win was sharing that stage with the love of my life and continuing this journey together. No trophy could ever match that ~ ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. The fire is still burning.

We’ll be back. And next time, we’re coming for it all. 🔥

42 came and went.

It’s wild to look back at who I was and see the distance I’ve covered—not just physically, but mentally. I still have a long way to go. I may never feel fully satisfied, and maybe that hunger is part of what keeps me moving forward.

But ambition shouldn’t make you blind to your progress. Sometimes you have to pause, look back, and give yourself credit for the person you fought to become.

I’m also deeply grateful for everyone who has been in my corner—the people who believed in me, challenged me, supported me, and stayed present through every high and low. None of this journey is ever truly done alone.

This lifestyle comes with wins, setbacks, sacrifices, and lessons. There may be a goal, a date, or a finish line in sight—but the truth is, it never really ends. It’s a lifelong journey of self-discovery, discipline, and becoming better than you were yesterday.

Stay hungry. Stay disciplined. But never forget to appreciate the victories—and the people who helped you earn them—along the way.

Next up! @ryymaxx officially 1 week out from @musclecontest LA Championships!

Ryan and I did our first show together last year and ended taking the MP Novice Overall for his very first show!

Now we are just over 1 year later and the Dexa scan shows we are up 8lbs of lean mass and 1% body fat leaner than last year. (Both scans were done at 10 days out)

The data is pretty cool to see, but Ryan’s work ethic, attention to detail, willingness and true effort in the off-season proves that we have made some visual improvements… And his blood work looks pretty damn clean too.

This man leaves no stone unturned and continues to hit the nail on the head with the hammer week after week.

Im excited for this one! See yall at the show next Saturday! 🏆👀

You don’t have to default into the cliché dad bod once life gets busy.
You can build muscle, drop the extra fluff, and still keep your priorities straight: family first, health right behind it.

I don’t show up to “move some weight.”
I show up to put the old me on trial and hand out the sentence one rep at a time.
The hat says Die Tryin because that’s the contract I signed with myself—
either I walk out stronger, or I don’t walk out at all.
Yeah, the shirt is oversized.
That’s by design.
I’d rather let the work speak first and make the pump fight its way through the fabric before anyone thinks I’m done growing.
If you catch me sitting on this bench, understand: this isn’t a break.
It’s the quiet before the next attack.

🚨 Online Client Highlight 🚨

Working with James has been an absolute pleasure. He is the definition of adherence, consistency, and plain old hard work. Because of those factors I’ve only had to change his diet plan two times since working together in November. We are still implementing weekly refeeds/cheat meals, cardio duration & frequency are moderate, and training volume and selection have been dialed in—his body is primed for a final push for stage conditioning 🎯🔪

What started out as a plan to get lean for the summer, turned out to be a first time competition prep! We are about 8 weeks out from his Men’s Physique debut and I couldn’t be more excited!

There’s always a reason you walked in.
Anger. Pain. Obsession.
Something made you pick up the weight—and refuse to put it down.
This is mine.

What’s yours??!!
