Fool on the hill.

An unreal, whirlwind tour down the Rhone valley last week. Lyon, Condrieu, hermitage hill, valance, Saint Peray, Gigondas, mont Ventoux, Marseilles.

Hot sun, cold wine, good times.

When we found out we’d made the Top 100 at the @nationalrestaurantawards and were absolutely thrilled, but to learn we’d gone in at number 67 is, in all honesty, is a bit surreal.

We can’t let this moment pass without a massive thank you to our team for everything they do, to our suppliers who help create a menu worth talking about and to all of our guests for the support you’ve shown us since day one! taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @o_v_w

And just like that, we are 1!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported us this past year - the love, encouragement, and number of pies you’ve eaten means the world to us.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible team. We quite literally couldn’t have done it without you 💙 taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @o_v_w

Forget Stranger Things, this is the content you really want to watch today.

Follow the link in our bio to watch the full episode from the team’s trip with @wrightbrosltd to @billingsgate_fish_market - a piece of British history that’s about to be lost forever.

Featuring 5am starts, big fish, little fish, medium fish and a few pints of course. taken in Billingsgate Fish Market by @o_v_w

2025. What can I say. Up’s, Down’s, Losses & Wins. Feels like these three heroes have taken a massive leap forward. Not sure how much longer I’ll be able to persuade them to sit for this photo!
Anyway, love to everyone, thank you all for any part you played. Mostly to @jadelwilliams for making the magic happen. Grateful everyday.
Peace & Love

We see your Christmas sandwich and we raise you… Our homage to the Boxing Day sandwich - all the best bits we have in the kitchen that day, with roasties, scratchings and gravy for dipping.

1 year of @ambers.club !

What a beautiful, crazy thing.
Amber’s is the vision of an amazing group of people being brought to life by an entire ecosystem of truly special individuals. It’s a village, a tribe, a family.
I am so thankful for what it’s given me and the people it’s added to my life. We’re just getting started!

Mad love to you all. Honour the concept! 🧡 by @o_v_w

8 years of @belzan_lpl .

Life is crazy and a lot has happened in 8 years and within these walls. Some true legendary characters have worked & dined here. And some I wish hadn’t 😂.

Hospitality has a complete life of its own and nothing ever goes to plan. But the Belzan journey has been a beautiful one, and where it’s at right now is truly special.

Thank you so much to everyone who’s left their mark.

Most of all to @chris.ed__ & @gringlepie who braved the journey with me.

& to @daveserg & @dickeymark who make it what it is today.
