• Four Seasons Beverage Ambassador - APAC •For three years I have been not only worked locally in Seoul, I have also had the privilege of being part of the corporate F&B team. Inheriting the role from @lorenzoantinori_ and working closely with @philipbischoff_ as well as the entire beverage team in Asia has been a absolute dream.I have never learned more, shared more, or developed more than I have during these past three years. Above all I am grateful for the trust and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of bartenders the best I can. °CHARLES H°I'm incredibly proud to officially announce that I'm the new Head Bartender and Department Head of Charles H - Four Seasons Seoul. I'm the fourth Head Bartender of this legendary bar, following Keith Motsi, Lorenzo Antinori & Chris Lowder. Charles H. just celebrated it's seventh anniversary and I can't wait to show you all our plans for the future of this bar. Alongside Charles H. I'll also be in charge of OUL, a cocktail bar pushing the limits of what the modern Korean cocktail should be. Alyssa is the Creative Beverage Director of FS Seoul, a new position within the company, with focus on research and development of cocktails in all eight outlets.Together with Alyssa and the team, we'll make these bars something Charles Henry Baker Jr. would be excited to visit.Cheers to the liquid wise! by @odd.strandbakken

📍 June‎Sour Sessions. Tuesday night during 50 Best week, we had bartenders from three cities come through to throw down.‎Ben Yabrow from Sip & Guzzle in New York. Johnathan Jones and Zachary Churbock from Bandista in Houston. Odd Strandbakken and Alyssa Heidt from Charles H in Seoul. Five bartenders, three cities, one night dedicated to the art of the sour.‎Thank you for making the trip. Thank you for sharing your craft with us and everyone who showed up that night. In the middle of one of the busiest weeks of the year, getting to collaborate with you behind the bar, trade techniques, build drinks together, that’s the energy we live for.
