FIVE HUNDRED MILES 500/500 August 31st β€” September 29th. Started a day early. Finished a day early. 30 days. 500 miles. Let me be real, this did not happen alone. I had people in my corner pushing me to find a greatness inside myself. Did I know I could do it? Yes. But to the ones that stood beside me when this shit got hard… thank you. I learned a lot about what it really takes to keep a promise to yourself. Week 3 my body was failing me. I couldn’t sleep more than 2 hours a night. Everything I ate I threw back up. I had a fever every night for 2 days. I really thought it was over. I thought I had finally found the wall I couldn’t get through. Then a great friend @theycallmetoe told me, β€œremember who the fuck you are.” And for some reason… that was all I needed. I got up and kept going. Week 4 I ran 125 miles with over 2K of elevation. Further than I’ve ever pushed myself in my life. This challenge wasn’t me out here waving my ego in anybody’s face. I wasn’t trying to prove I was better than anybody. I needed to do this for me. I made myself a promise. 500 miles. And I kept it. In only a couple weeks my family will be growing. I’ll have a baby boy πŸ₯Ή And when I really think about why I do all this shit… it’s them. I just want to be somebody my children can look at and be proud to call Dad. I want them to see that when life gets hard, you don’t have to fold. You fight. You figure it out. You find another way. I just want this body to be strong enough to carry whatever weight my family needs me to carry, so they don’t have to. That’s it. Everything else is noise. by @offpulsesupply
SEPTEMBER β€” COMPLETE. 🏁 Another month of Running Fades in the books. 3,660.5 miles. 117,938 ft climbed. One community pushing each other forward. Every month this group becomes more than what I originally imagined. Y’all keep showing up, competing, encouraging each other, and making this thing what it is. I appreciate every single person in here. FINAL PODIUM β€” HOST EXCLUDED πŸ† πŸ₯‡ Antonio Rodriguez Montalvo β€” 341.9 mi πŸ₯ˆ Jamere Pryor β€” 327.0 mi πŸ₯‰ Tobias Flow β€” 268.9 mi And me? 500 miles. Started a day early on August 31 and finished a day early on September 29. My miles don’t count toward the podium just had a promise to keep. September was special. October, we run it back. -The Host 🫑 by @offpulsesupply
Running Fades: August. 🏁 Another month. Another 4,213.5 miles. Another 138,919 ft climbed. But more importantly… Another month of us. I’m genuinely grateful for every single person in this group. Somehow Running Fades became more than chasing miles. It became a community. A family of people pushing each other forward, celebrating each other, talking shit πŸ˜‚, and showing up together. Different paces. Different goals. Same family. Every mile mattered because somebody else was out there doing it with you. Thank you for continuing to believe in this little idea. Thank you for making it ours. πŸ«‚ August was special. 4,213.5 miles. 138,919 ft. Not by one person. By all of us. September… we go again. 🏁 β€” OP by @offpulsesupply

My dearest 100-mile weeks, It’s me, ya boy. Thank you. πŸ™πŸΎ Even if this ends up being my last 100-mile week for a little while, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. This week was a battle. We’re less than a week out from Experiment 626, aka little baby β€œB.” Probably the biggest race of my life. Double dose of fatherhood loading, pacing into 2027 with even bigger goals on my heart. And to you 🫡🏽, thank you. Your support means more than you know. To the ones in my corner, love ya. πŸ–€ Wherever this journey takes you, I hope you find grace, happiness, and a little peace along the way. ✌🏾 by @offpulsesupply
