I finally saw my portrait in person at the @lululemon Fashion Valley store.

I am excited to be part of the @cieleathletics FRNDS & FAM West Coast team that is taking on the challenge of completing 200 miles and raising $750 in May for the Run Across May presented by @doworkorg .

WORK is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to accompany families in Haiti out of poverty through good, dignified jobs.

Last year WORK was able to impact 81 families, seeded and launched 29 small businesses and provided essential needs and emergency support to communities in Haiti. I'm proud to be a part of this event and raise funds to support WORK's mission.

Please help me reach my fundraising goal $750 and consider donating to to help families out of poverty through dignified jobs.
Visit the link in my bio and contribute any amount you can.

This message is for anyone who wants to build community but is afraid that people may not show up.

You may start small, it may just be your friends at first.
And it may pivot into something else.

Stick with it.

The first slide was my first day leading @waterfrontsocialrunclub and my friends showed up to support 🫶🏾 in 2018.

The second slide is the community scavenger hunt run last week that @therundown.run hosted with @runrocknroll

Things take time, you will attract your community.

Last Thursday’s run was a treat having @novemberprojectsd join us and then to have a surprise visit from Deena Kastor made it all the more memorable! To run alongside an Olympic athlete and casually talk about what our favorite marathons are was such a highlight in this ongoing running journey of mine.

Don’t let a little rain keep you away from running with @waterfrontsocialrunclub! We meet at 6:30p at @eppigbrewing Waterfront Biergarten. Come run or walk 2-3.5 miles. All paces, all faces, every BODY is welcome.
Stay for $1 off pints + community!

Good luck to the runners that set out for Las Vegas from San Monica early this morning.

Have fun, be safe, and enjoy the wild ride!

I hope your experience will be as magical as mine was last year being teaming up with @lululemon and a gang of exceptional women that collectively ran 340 miles while being supported by an amazing team of individuals that ensured our safety every step of the way (in our #blissfeels).

And for anyone who is running segment #35 of the OG route at Zzyzx Rd 😮‍💨🥴 I’ma keep you in my thoughts and prayers and hope your find the right barbed wire to shimmy under.
