meet @chelsea_crest.

although she probably needs no introduction.

this shoot was equal parts fierce model and fitness instructor. and she made both look effortless.

but to simply call chelsea a fitness instructor would be selling her way short.

she’s a community connector. someone who moves between different worlds, bringing people together who might never have crossed paths otherwise.

spend a little time with her and she’ll invite you in. not just into her community, but into who she really is.

put a camera in front of her and something else happens.

the confidence. the presence. the fierceness.

take a few photographs and you’ll understand what makes her such a force to be reckoned with.

she knows how to command a room.

but more importantly, she knows how to make room for others.

Mexico City - we’ll be back ❤️

A whirlwind of adventure, fast friends, art, food, and joy. A weekend with Outward x @airelibre.run followed by exploring this magical city filled my heart. There was so much to do and so much to eat that, oh no, we’ll just have to come back again!! Thank you @maudac and @brogangraham for a kickass running experience!! I hope the bonds we made with everyone there, new and old, will lead to more adventures. Finding opportunities to say yes and connect like this is something I’ll cherish - thank you!!

While this city has been on the list for ages, the trip all started with a mistaken identity, leading to a ‘fuck it let’s go’ moment, and an unforgettable journey.

Thank you @acinthemind and @jorge.sotel.o for helping to capture the magic

meet sarah shiplett.

she makes yoga look effortless.

the poses that seem almost commonplace when she does them took years of training, discipline and dedication. sarah can put herself into positions as comfortably as most of us sit or stand.

but that’s not what stood out to me.

she’s grounded. present. deeply in touch with the world and the people around her.

and then she brought out the sound bowls. it went beyond meditation. it was almost trancelike.

for a few minutes, it felt like she was blocking out all the noise and chaos of this world and inviting you into the calm of hers.

maybe that’s what all those years of practice were really building.

not just flexibility.

stillness.
