A celebration of the humble cabbage, filled with sausage meat, pickled chanterelles, baby onions and ramson capers, finished with young shoots and flowers from Our Farm.⁠

Still getting a fantastic crop of tomatoes which is amazing to see. Unfortunately they will be coming out next week to make room for winter crops. We will hang any unripe fruit in the Polly tunnel to ripen. It’s a sad time as this really does mark then end of summer. #atourcore #ourfarm by @ourfarm

Currant, woodruff & Lapsang Souchong.

One of the Clarity Pairings from our non-alcoholic beverage programme.

Lapsang Souchong tea is infused with currants from @ourfarm and woodruff syrup. The currants are cold-soaked to extract their colour and tannin, while the tea brings smoke and body. Woodruff adds a subtle vanilla-like character, creating a pairing with some of the depth and structure associated with red wine.
