‚Mugabo‘ was selected for the International Film Festival Rotterdam @iffr and will be screening on the 26th and 28th January in the beautiful city of Rotterdam. It will screen alongside films from my idols, the queen @ava Duvernay ,Akosua Adoma, Haile Gerima and maaany more 🤩🤩🤩!!
Besides loving festivals in Holland for the obvious reasons (🥦🥦🥦🥦🥦), I’m extremely proud of the team behind it.
This was the first film we made and I‘m thankful for my sisters, cousins and friends, @dushime, @babichepapaya, @ajdetg, @fundiwasauti, @director_vy and my best friend Paci, who plays the titular character for allowing me to hijack our family vacation for this film, which will continue to travel around the world in 2018...more to come. wink, wink. . .
