1. Take a reusable bag to clean up all your rubbish after - just taking 2 mins to leave no trace saves the ocean so much damage, also you can pick up any rubbish you do see. You see it all the time on social media but #takethreeforthesea and help reduce plastic waste
2. Bring reusable cutlery - (no you don’t need to buy a new bamboo set, you’re ones from home are just fine)

4. Avoid taking plastic - plastic bags and bottles can easily be blown away and end up in the sea, opt for reusable options to save money and the environment!

I really think people need to make trash pick up part of almost any journey a day at the beach, walk in the park, hike in your favorite mountains🌱

Yes! I personally struggle so much finding sunscreens that provide proper protection (I need 40-50) but that are also environmentally friendly 😔 good that I don't go to the beach that much I guess 😅
