This is my friend Chinci AKA: @smulanovich this photo was taken after her last heat on the WCT in Portugal. It was the end of an “era”. You can see the tears in both Sofia’s eyes and @stephaniegilmore eyes. Since retiring Sof has accomplished amazing things. Most notable she has become a mother. Then she did this little thing in 2019 where she won the last #isaworlds in Miyazaki, Japan. She beat all the best women in the world however, she still has work to do this week. Please join me in rallying Sof in the last Olympic qualifier for surfing as she continues her quest to the #tokyo2020 Olympics. 🙌🏼 swipe left for a photo of grom Sofia long before any of us ever thought surfing would end up in the Olympics.
