For those in Australia, if you would like to seek support, you may like to reach out to your local Rape Crisis centre or counselling centre. Services such as Lifeline & Beyondblue may be available for immediate mental health help and 1800RESPECT can be reached for specific sexual assault related support. You may also visit your GP to seek a mental health plan to receive ongoing care for mental health issues.
