If you swipe to the end I’m having my majorly old 4th year thesis short film, screening at @queerarts at 7pm Sunday June 26th at Roundhouse Community Centre this year. It’s never been shown to the public eye than my cohort at @filmubc in 2018 but ever since, I was crippled with it’s imperfection and hid it away.

I’ve been able to remove my red-tinted glasses and see it as a beautiful learning exercise in my erratic creativity despite all it’s flaws that film students tend to make lol. This piece couldn’t have been done without the amazing cast and crew you can see in last pic as well as the amazing score and sound work you hear from @taytch @jxnbell & Sean Wilson, amazing art direction from @fanyfromtheattic and creature work from @brendanmurphydesign.

Monkey See Monkey Do is a Queer Asian Horror Short Film about a demon who comes out of a board game and spooks Queer students. I guess, have a freaky Pride Month? 🌈
